Attorney Kaylin Masis joined the Wajda Law Group in 2021. Kaylin works in the San Diego office to help clients in California and all over the United States through the firm's various office locations. Kaylin is an experienced and compassionate former trial attorney. Kaylin has focused her entire career on helping others who are in need, including but not limited to working with victims of Domestic Violence and now victims of financial hardships.
Kaylin spent the beginning of her career working at a law firm that focused on family law and domestic violence restraining orders. Working in this field has given her the skills to navigate the complicated emotional issues that plague families who need bankruptcy relief.
Since joining the Wajda Law Group, Kaylin has helped countless individuals gain financial freedom. Kaylin is a kind, patient, and consistent attorney who prides herself on following up with clients as much as possible.
Lindsay Kyser is an associate attorney at Wajda Law Group, APC, where she represents debtors in consumer bankruptcy matters. She was born and raised south of Boston, Massachusetts and attended Suffolk University Law School while working full time as a bankruptcy paralegal. Lindsay graduated from the George Washington University magna cum laude with a degree in Criminal Justice.
Lindsay's practice has almost exclusively focused on bankruptcy for the past 5 years. She has experience litigating cases in State and Federal Courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.
Lindsay is licensed to practice law in California, Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island. She is also admitted in the Central District of California, the District of Massachusetts, and the District of Maine.

Attorney Michael Reid joined the Wajda Law Group in 2015 and became a partner with the firm in 2017. Michael heads the firm's San Diego office, but assists clients all over California and Nevada through the firm's various office locations. Michael has a diverse legal background, but has chosen to focus his practice on bankruptcy law and estate planning.
Michael spent the beginning of his legal career as an associate with a highly-regarded San Diego law firm advising municipalities in all aspects of business including tax, planning and zoning, and public contracting. Just prior to joining the Wajda Law Group, Michael was a Deputy City Attorney with the San Diego City Attorney's Office advising the Mayor and City Council on a variety of economic development matters, including corporate tax incentive agreements, complex property development agreements, legislation on public infrastructure financing, and affordable housing matters.
Since joining the Wajda Law Group, Michael has enjoyed representing his bankruptcy and estate planning clients in a professional, responsible and efficient manner. Michael's approach involves considering each client's unique circumstances, creating a plan to achieve clients' goals, and obtaining optimal results through hard work and attention to detail. Michael's clients have consistently recognized his tenacious representation, creativity, and knowledge of the law, while appreciating his easy-to-work-with approach and demeanor.
