Ania is responsible for all aspects of finance, admin, HR and facilities across the company. She started her professional career with nine years as a financial auditor at KPMG followed by Finance Manager and Controller for different industries. She gained five years SaaS experience at MrTed, acquired in 2010 by Stepstone Solutions (currently Lumesse). Prior joining SmartRecruiters Ania was leading the Finance Department of PerkinElmer SSC in Krakow, responsible for full statutory and US GAAP financial reporting for over 30 European entities. Ania earned her MA in Economics from the University of Economics in Krakow (Poland) and holds a Fellow of ACCA title (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

A veteran of selling to and making human resource and recruiting professionals successful, Charlie is responsible for all aspects of worldwide Operations; including GTM & distribution strategy, performance optimization, and business insights. Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, Charlie drove enterprise and insides sales at Identified, which was acquired by Workday in 2014. Prior to Identified, Charlie was one of the first sales reps at Simply Hired. Charlie earned his BA from the University of Washington (go Huskies!).

Frances holds extensive experience in HR Tech, spending over a decade building enterprise platforms and leading global teams at organizations such as CareerBuilder and ADP. Frances' previous role was at the explosive tech scale-up Lookaftermybills.com, where she led new product development efforts to expand the service into new verticals.
Frances' people-first approach to product focuses on simple and delightful user experiences that are inclusive, ethical, and data-driven. Frances volunteers and speaks at events to encourage younger generations to pursue STEM careers, and support more women and diverse representation within leadership, technology, and product professions.
Frances holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Jeremy leads the global finance function including controlling, strategy, planning and analysis, reporting, tax, treasury, as well as Legal.
Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, Jeremy was the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at Ceridian where he scaled the finance function through a period of rapid growth and led finance teams through their Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018. Prior to Ceridian, he held a variety of finance, accounting, and audit positions at Capella Education Company and KPMG.
Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant, and has a Masters in Accounting, with a speciality in Financial Reporting from Michigan State University.
