Founded in 2001 as 'Home Contents Solutions' the company began offering a house clearance service to estate agents and solicitors in the towns and villages of West Sussex. The founder's aim was to provide a service to ensure that the property and possessions of the recently deceased didn't end up in landfill, there were so many charities that could make use of the items but family members couldn't, and in some cases wouldn't spend their time waiting around for the charity vans to collect.
