For over 40 years Hilpp Construction Inc. has built commercial, industrial, and office buildings all around Central Kentucky. We have built industrial buildings as large as 220,000 square ft. (that's five acres under roof) in less than five months; grocery stores as far away as Cincinnati, Ohio; and office buildings in about every county in an 80 mile radius... Hilpp Warehousing presently has over 800,000 SF of warehouse/industrial space in Marion, Boyle, Taylor and Mercer Counties. We take pride in maintaining energy efficient buildings. Over the past several years we have worked to improve HVAC equipment & have replaced nearly all hallogen lighting with new T5 fluroscents..
