Hilary Hulse Bell

Job Titles:
  • Member of the Peachtree Road Methodist Preschool Board
Hilary Hulse Bell is from Tampa, Florida, and moved to Atlanta in 1994 after attending Florida State University. For years, she was part of a family building business, Dogwood Homes. That business brought exposure to the real estate business from the identification and purchase of property to the completion and sales of the new homes. This also entailed quite a few moves around the Atlanta Metro Area. Hilary has been a school teacher in the Atlanta area for over 17 years. She has taught at some of the best schools in the Buckhead area. She started her teaching career at Morningside Elementary, then moved to preschool where she taught at Peachtree Road Methodist Preschool and Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool. She taught her last four years at Warren T Jackson Elementary. In addition to her teaching career, Hilary has served as a member of the Peachtree Road Methodist Preschool Board. She is very active in Children's Health Care of Atlanta and has held various positions on the PTA at Warren T Jackson Elementary. Hilary is also a member of the Chastain Park Conservancy, and the Atlanta Food Bank and she attends Buckhead Church. Hilary has three daughters. They have been active in the Chastain area playing Top Hat Soccer, dancing at Chandler School of Dance, and involved in the cheer and softball programs at North Youth Organization (NYO). Currently, they are involved in activities at Sutton Middle School and Holy Innocents Episcopal School. They also swim and play tennis at Cherokee Town and Country Club. All of these activities have led Hilary to a vast knowledge of organizations and activities around the Atlanta Metro Area.

Mary Stuart Iverson

Mary Stuart Iverson knows Atlanta through and through. A third generation Atlantan, she grew up in Buckhead and has lived and breathed real estate since she was born. With her mother and aunt both in the business she was constantly fielding real estate phone calls and babysitting clients' kids in the car. Even though real estate was always in her blood, Mary Stuart Iverson never considered it as a career until she was in her first cubicle after college. She realized then how much she enjoyed being with people every day, thinking creatively and autonomously (she has a self-proclaimed "bossy" personality). Mary Stuart Iverson earned her real estate license in 2006 and has never looked back! Mary Stuart Iverson has first-hand experience with both public and independent schools having attended Morris Brandon and Westminster (and now a 3x E. Rivers parent with more to come). A fun fact about her: the only time Mary Stuart Iverson has not lived in Buckhead was during her college years while she attended The University of Virginia. Mary Stuart Iverson is actively involved at Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church and supports a variety of non-profits around the city especially in the Grove Park neighborhood. When not showing houses, you can find Mary Stuart Iverson chasing her five boys around the Beltline, riding bikes or enjoying the Monday Night Brewing scene where her husband is one of three founders.
