Roscoe Taylor Jr. in 1986. Having been in the insurance business since 1972, Roscoe purchased the business from his former employer and made it thrive. A testament to our achievement is that we do limited formal advertising; most of our new customers are referred to us by our existing clients... We are able provide coverage to homeowners, renters, business owners, commercial and, of course, automobiles!
