HR4VR - Key Persons
Sue Jones is the owner and founder of HR4VR, the vacation rental industry's first and only dedicated human resources support services provider. With extensive experience with businesses of all sizes in multiple industries, Sue found her home in the vacation rental industry in 2011 and has since been passionate about providing HR programs and services designed for the unique needs of property managers. She founded HR4VR in 2012 (formerly the KLS Group) and has worked with more than 75 vacation rental management clients around the country, as well as several vendors. Sue is also recognized for her dozens of presentations at regional and national conferences and her regular contributions to VRM Intel, VRMA Arrival, and many other industry publications. Sue is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
