Eric brings a tremendous amount of residential lending experience and expertise to HRCU. He started his mortgage career in Central Maine before moving to the Seacoast area in 2017. Over the years, he has worked for several large financial institutions and today is fortunate to work at HRCU, where loan decisions can be made quickly and locally. Whatever your reasons are for your mortgage, Eric is here to listen, provide guidance, insight, and communication to help walk you step-by-step through the process from consultation to closing. Whether you are looking to purchase or refinance Eric works tirelessly to ensure a smooth process. When he is not assisting members, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife traveling and visiting with friends and family.

Heather Boyle

  • Mortgage Loan Officer
A lifelong resident of Southern Maine, Heather has held various roles within the credit union industry from teller through branch management. Along the way, Heather discovered her real passion for assisting members is anchored in aiding them with their residential lending needs. Heather feels it is important to listen to members as so she can guide and educate them to help find options and solutions to best fit their short term and long-term goals. She will be by your side delivering personalized service and strives to make the mortgage loan process and simple and easy as possible. When not working Heather enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all the area has to offer.

Sheila Walter

Sheila's career with HRCU started 2000. She has worn many hats throughout her tenure with HRCU. She started as a teller, was promoted to branch manager, and is now settled in as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. She enjoys meeting with members and applicants because she likes to help with their various needs and circumstances. She feels each member has a unique story and she takes pride in understanding their needs to help them reach financial wellness. When not working Sheila enjoys hosting family events, engaging in outside activities, and spending time with her husband, their four children, and her three grandchildren. Recently Sheila received the honor of being awarded Affiliate of the Year by the Strafford County Board of Realtors. She has also been recognized as a Top Loan Originator by New Hampshire Housing.
