Mick's areas of expertise include: Providing high-level management, peer review and strategic advice; Environmental impact assessment and approvals for developments in aquatic environments; Estuarine dredging, dredge planning, impact assessment and monitoring; Coastal management, geomorphological processes and erosion assessment; Aquatic ecology and fishway design; Scenario design, direction and evaluation of hydrological, hydrodynamic, water balance and water quality modelling; GIS data integration, CAD and volumetric analysis; Multi-disciplinary monitoring program design, implementation and analysis; Corporate environmental risk profiling and business strategy; and Communication, stakeholder management and education.

Uriah is an environmental scientist with over 8 years in environmental research, sampling, monitoring and assessment. Uriah has experience in groundwater sampling and monitoring, surface water sampling and monitoring, soil (contaminated land and acid sulphate soils) and sediment sampling, seagrass monitoring, aquatic ecological assessments, preparation of environmental impact assessments and strategic planning projects.
