Anne Archer

Anne has a MSc Psychology of Wellbeing from De Montfort University and is ICF PCC accredited. She has completed an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC), is an Accredited Resilience Coach (Resilience Engine) and Thinking Partner (Nancy Kline - Time to Think). Anne is a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach (We Institute) and holds Level A & B for psychometric assessment, as well as Hogan accredited. She has a Certificate in Neuroscience for Coaching as well as a Certificate in Supervision for Coaches and Consultants. Anne previously held international management roles in banking and finance followed by consulting roles with the financial sector and professional services. Since 2007 she has been providing consulting and coaching to varied clientele internationally. She is a facilitator and speaker who coaches teams and individuals working at Board/Executive/Senior and aspiring leader level. She contributes to the coaching profession as an assessor, supervisor and WBECS IM facilitator. Her work is underpinned by evidence from psychology, biology and neuroscience. Already an author, Anne is currently co-creating a practical guide for coaches and professionals working with recovery, health and wellness.

Dr Caroline Horner

Dr Caroline Horner is an executive coach, consultant and educator with more than 25 years' international experience. She works with leaders, helping them to create the impact they want on the world and to thrive during times of transition. As managing director of i-coach academy, she has created one of the UK's most respected coaching programmes and enabled hundreds of aspiring coaches to reach the highest professional standards. Before establishing i-coach, Caroline worked as VP Marketing for NatWest Card Services, as well as other management roles across the IT, Telecommunication and Corporate Communications sectors in the UK and South Africa.

Dr Dena Michelli

Dr Roger Maitland

Roger holds a Ph.D. Business Administration in Corporate Sustainability at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, a M.A. in Professional Development (Coaching) - passed with distinction - at Middlesex University, and a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology. He is accredited as a coach at Master Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global). Roger has published journal articles in corporate sustainability and coaching. As a member of the EMCC Global, he receives regular supervision for his coaching practice. Roger is a visiting lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch Business School on the faculty of the M.Phil in Leadership Coaching. He assesses coach development programmes seeking the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global) European Quality Award (EQA) accreditation. Roger designed the original curriculum for the Diploma in Coaching for the South African College of Applied Psychology, and was previously the Chairperson of the Western Cape Chapter of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). Dr. Anton Obholzer

Dr. Anton Obholzer is a Psychiatrist, a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and a Child and Adult Psychoanalyst who trained at both the Tavistock Clinic and the Institute of Psychoanalysis in London. He is also a trained organisational consultant who trained under Eric Miller of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London. Until February 2002 he held the position of Chief Executive of the Tavistock & Portman Clinics in London, is Chairman of the Consulting to Institutions Workshop and a Senior Consultant in the Tavistock Consultancy Service. He has designed and directed residential group relations and management conferences on many occasions. Dr. Obholzer consults and lectures widely on organisational change and resistance to change. He is Visiting Professor at the Universities of Vienna, Graz and Innsbruck, runs Organisational Consultancy courses in Turin and Madrid, and is on the Faculty of the Advanced Management Programme of the INSEAD Management School in Paris.
