Azamat Zhumagaliyev

Azamat has over 12 years working in exploration in Kazakhstan, with particular knowledge of structural and exploration geology (BSc and MSc). His experience in exploration projects includes deposits of various genesis: VMS (Rudnyi Altai), copper porphyry (Balkhash-Ili and Chatkal-Kurama magmatic arcs), epithermal gold (Dolinnoye), infiltration uranium (Chu-Sarysu depression), chrome (Kempyrsay ore-bearing region), vanadium (Karatau range). He brings to the team superior computer skills in specialized geological software programs, and has excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Kristina Khersonski - CFO

Ms. Khersonski is a financial executive with 24 years of international experience providing consulting and financial services to both private and public companies in the natural resource sector. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Western Magnesium Corp., and was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Umbral Energy Corp. a junior resource issuer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. From 2004 to 2011 Ms. Khersonski was part of the Pacific Opportunity Capital team that provided financial and administrative consulting services to publicly traded mineral exploration companies in British Columbia. From 2001 to 2004 she served as Corporate Accountant at Dawn Pacific Management Corporation, an accounting and regulatory maintenance services firm in British Columbia. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and obtained a CGA designation in British Columbia and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Khersonski's expertise extends to working with corporations on financial systems, strategic plans, budgets, capital decisions and corporate acquisitions. She is well versed in structuring and negotiating transactions and has experience in creating strategic alliances with corporate leaders to align and support key business initiatives. Ms. Khersonski has experience with IPO's, US GAAP, in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, and creation of tight internal processes and controls, resulting in improved financial performance and heightened productivity.

Richard Leveille

Mr. Leveille has over 40 years of international mineral exploration experience, with particular expertise in copper. He was Sr. VP of Exploration for Freeport Copper & Gold for 10 years until his retirement in 2017, where he led a team that added 54 billion lbs Cu to reserves and made the Chukaru Peki discovery in Serbia, for which he won the PDAC Thayer Lindsley International Mineral Discovery Award. Rich spent 13 years at Phelps Dodge Exploration attaining the role of President of Exploration, where he led the team that made the Kisanfu discovery in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Sossego discovery in the state of Para, Brazil. While Senior Geologist with Kennecott, he made the Penasquito discovery in Zacatecas, Mexico. He holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Alaska, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Utah. Richard Leveille has numerous scholarly publications on mineral exploration and porphyry copper systems as well as the nature of business cycles related to mineral exploration and development. Since 2017, Mr. Leveille has acted as consulting geologist to a number of companies and projects across the globe, including directing the porphyry copper exploration for Tintic Consolidated Metals, an affiliate of IG Global Group, as well as overseeing the technical development of the Company's lithium brine project in the western US.

Stephanie Ashton

Stephanie Ashton has spent the last 25 years in the area of natural resources, specifically exploration and development of mining projects in Latin America, North America and Eastern Europe. She has founded exploration companies and mining services companies, serving on boards as well as in corporate development and financing through the companies' growth stages. She has secured private equity and debt financings, participated in IPOs, negotiated Joint Ventures, as well as overseen accounting and auditing. Ms. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a minor in French from Cal Poly State University, a Master's certificate in International Tax and Legal Strategy from HEC Paris, and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from the University of Chile in Santiago. She was a regular contributor to opinion columns in the magazine, "MinerĂ­a Chilena" between 2009-2015.

Steven McRobbie

Steve McRobbie has 30 years' experience as a professional exploration and project director on gold, base metals, diamond and uranium projects, and has held senior management roles and directorships in Africa, Western Europe and the CIS having worked on a number of high-profile mine development projects in Central Asia and Russia. As Geology Manager for Kazakhmys Projects, Mr McRobbie was a key leader in the evaluation team which took the Bozshakol and Aktogay Copper Porphyry Deposits in Kazakhstan through Feasibility Studies and into development. As Exploration Manager for KAZ Minerals Projects he was involved in the purchase and subsequent evaluation of Koksay Copper Porphyry in Kazakhstan to PFS level, and also part of the Due Diligence team integral to the sale and purchase of Baimskaya Copper-Gold Complex in Chukotka, Russia, which includes Peschanka. He is not afraid to reassess and challenge preconceived views and bring fresh ideas, looking to add value to projects. Recently he was Regional Director for the CIS heading the business for an international UK-based mining consultancy. Mr McRobbie holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, an MSc in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines and is a Competent Person as defined by the JORC code (2012). He is responsible for driving the exploration strategy for all companies across the IG Global Group.

Tatyana Zhebak

Tatyana is a highly experienced manager and administrator having worked for Freeport McMoran's Kazakhstan exploration division, where she held roles in management, human resources, contract administration and purchasing. As Administrative Director of IG Asia, she oversees all corporate, legal, financial and administrative functions. She is performance-orientated with focus on detail, and has in-depth understanding of budgets, payroll and office organization needs as well as represents the company before the governmental authorities.

Thomas E. Bowens - CEO, Founder, President

Mr. Bowens is the founder of IG Global Group, a private mineral exploration group since 2010. Prior to this, he worked in Mongolia with Harrods Minerals, Ivanhoe and later Lundin Mining; he then moved to Russia as Vice President of Exploration and Chief of Operations for Fortress Minerals Corporation where he led the Svetloye project exploration that led to a sale of the deposit to Polymetal. He later established IG Copper LLC and successfully organized a management buyout of Fortress for their 51% in the Malmyzh Copper Gold Project where Freeport McMoran was the 49% non-operating partner and made the significant discovery of a district scale porphyry copper-gold project, Malmyzh, (12.5B lbs Cu and 9.1M oz Au) (5.016Mt Cu 278 t Au) which he, along with the IG team, took from a grass roots discovery in 2010 to a divestment of the asset for $200M in 2018, Tom then turned his sights to the East Tintic District of Utah, an historic mining district for decades overlooked and underexplored, where the IG team made a spectacular discovery of a new high-grade ore shoot in the Trixie Mine, one of 23 past producing mines in the district. The IG team, led by Tom Bowens, took this from the opening of a new exposure of high-grade mineralization on the T2 structure in underground workings, in 2020, to production, in 2021, to a sale of the asset to Osisko Development for $177MM in 2022. In 2021, IG Lithium USA was established to acquire a lithium brine project in the western United States that is currently being developed with a partner. Mr. Bowens began operating in Kazakhstan in 2021, forming IG Asia for the development of early stage assets in Copper, Gold, and Lithium, as well as mining and drilling services. Tom Bowens has assembled a team of innovative leaders in mineral exploration discovery, evaluation and project development of world class mineral deposits.

Volodymyr Buchynskyy

Volodymyr Buchynskyy is a Professional Geoscientist with 25 years of mineral exploration experience working in Canada, Russia and Kazakhstan for major companies including BHP Billiton where he headed the Kazakh branch managing porphyry copper exploration projects; Kazakhmys Exploration, where he led a group of over 400 employees and was responsible for overall management of exploration and drilling for brownfield exploration programs in Kazakhstan, and Freeport McMoran where he was Regional Exploration Manager for Eurasia. Volodymyr is a goal oriented project manager and exploration director, experienced in operational safety, organization, contract negotiation, budget and planning, and management of contractors. He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Master's in Geology and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
