Brian has been involved in the building industry for 25 years, beginning his career with B.R Malcolm Ltd in 1982. As a registered quantity surveyor he was an integral part of B.R Malcolm Ltd rise as the most successful building firm in Nelson, before closing its doors when the director retired. In 1994 Brian joined Ian McCully Builders, bringing an expertise in commercial contracts, both large and small and this has complemented Ian McCully Builders Ltd extensive experience in domestic construction. The challenges in the building industry are always met with a team like approach and attitude to see them completed on schedule with the best quality.

Richard has 21 years project management experience, and has spent the past 14 years working for IMB Construction Ltd. Richard is responsible for our Health & Safety Policies, staff recruitment, company development and the training of our apprentices.
