Ashley White Creech

Ashley was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She attended college at Elon University in Burlington, NC, where she graduated in the top 8 of her class. She then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she met her husband Drew. While at the University of South Carolina, Ashley was Senior Articles Editor of the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Journal, a member of the Moot Court bar, and Order of the Wig and Robe. Ashley has successfully represented clients through trial during the last ten years, and assisted in reaching several of the highest reported settlements in South Carolina in 2013 and 2014. She handles all aspects of her clients' cases and has presented oral arguments in both State and Federal appellate courts. In 2014 and 2015, Ashley was named a South Carolina Rising Star Lawyer, an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of all attorneys in South Carolina. Before joining McGowan, Hood, Felder & Phillips, LLC, she worked as an associate with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough for several years, focusing mainly on product liability cases. Mandy Pittman is an associate in the Columbia office where she focuses on medical malpractice, nursing home, and personal injury cases. Before joining the team at McGowan, Hood, Felder & Phillips, Mandy practiced at an insurance defense/subrogation firm and then at a personal injury firm where, in 2019, she earned the title of one of Midlands Legal Elite in the area of Personal Injury. Within the South Carolina Bar, Mandy serves on the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Advisory Committees. Mandy is a member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court where is currently serving as the Webmaster. Donovan was born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina. He attended the public schools of Darlington County, graduating from Hartsville High School in 2009. After playing football for two years at South Carolina State University, Donovan later graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Immediately after graduation, he began working in the Lieutenant Governor of South Carolina's office as the executive assistant to Yancey McGill and Henry McMaster. During his tenure, he worked specifically on projects which focused on bringing resources to the elderly. After spending a couple of years working in state government, Donovan realized that he wanted to continue his quest of serving the rural areas by attending law school. Donovan graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was active in the Matthew Perry Chapter of the Black Law Students Association and an active member of the American Constitution Society. Donovan also worked in the Governor's office under Henry McMaster as his law clerk and staff member throughout his law school career. In 2021, Donovan was part of the legal team which reached a landmark settlement of $88 million for the Charleston Nine.
