Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of Income. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of Life & Health Insurance.
A seasoned professional in the insurance industry, Andrew held key leadership roles in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Vietnam with AIA, Mercer, Great Eastern and Prudential before he joined Income in 2015. His business experience cuts across diverse disciplines, ranging from distribution and business development to operations and information technology.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a fellow at the Life Management Institute.

Jason is the Head of Compliance at Income. His responsibilities cover the effectiveness of Income's compliance framework in areas such as market conduct compliance, AML/CFT, regulatory compliance and personal data protection matters.
Jason started his career as a lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial litigation. He then moved in-house as a Legal Counsel at Manulife (Singapore) where he was subsequently appointed Head of Legal & Compliance at Manulife Financial Advisers and led a team with oversight of the legal, compliance and risk functions.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol. He is also admitted as an advocated & solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Jeffrey Tan is the General Manager for Financial Management at Income. He oversees Income's Finance, Investments and Actuarial functions.
Jeffrey has lived and worked in Southeast Asia, North Asia and Europe and held leadership roles at Ageas, BNP Paribas, AG Insurance, Tai Ping Asset Management (China), Ageas Investment Management (Asia) Limited (HKG), Muang Thai Life Assurance, Muang Thai Insurance, Phatra Leasing and Muang Thai Real Estate Holdings. He previously had regional APAC responsibilities at Ageas prior to joining Income.
Jeffrey holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA jointly conferred by the Stern School of Business at NYU, the LSE, and HEC Paris. He is a CFA charter-holder and a certified FRM.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Infinitum, Ronald is responsible for Infinitum's strategy, digitalization and business expansion. Ronald plays a crucial part in the company's strategy execution to provide stakeholders and customers with long-term value.
Ronald is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has held senior leadership roles at renowned insurance companies in a number of regions, including Singapore, China and Brunei. Prior to joining Infinitum, Ronald was the Chief Agency Officer at Income, where he played a key role in modernizing, professionalizing and expanding the agency force.
Ronald holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Adelaide and a Master in Laws in International Business Law from Birmingham City University. He is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

As the Head of Distribution and Marketing, Sheryn is responsible for managing the distribution force, ensuring that financial solutions are provided to clients' financial needs in a professional and competent manner. Sheryn will also strengthen partnerships with providers of insurance and investment products on the curation of sustainable product suites.
Sheryn brings almost two decades of experience in business development management and direct sales management in the insurance and financial advisory industry. Prior to this appointment, Sheryn was the Assistant Vice President at Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd, where she managed a group of advisors, all distribution lines of business and partnership management matters. In addition to her professional achievements, Sheryn has a keen interest in organizational change behavior and is dedicated to streamlining our operations to provide a seamless experience for our distribution channel.
