Marcel has 30 years experience in management of which the last 20 years as CEO of various companies in a variety of industries, retail, franchise, logistics, automotive and business services. Working for companies as Philips, VNU, Pon Holdings, PCM, AOG (University of Groningen) and IBO Business School. He has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

Thijs has extensive international experience in the field of management of high-tec companies and development of institutional projects in medical technology, worldwide. In addition, he has held various management positions at high technology companies including Dräger and Delft Instruments, both in the field of development and production as well as in sales and strategic marketing. Thijs serves on a number of Advisory Boards of academic institutions and civil society organizations
