My position as a 3rd line engineer and cloud development specialist has been a great insight into keeping customer relations strong and providing 3rd line technical support to the education sector... My roles have included Training, Development of new products and services, Certified GSuite and Office 365 administration and deployment, Complete support for Windows Server Environment, (2008 R2 - 2016) networking, digital signage, digital security, disaster recovery and support for various cloud-based applications... On the other side I have also been working as a freelance UX/UI designer for 7 years, specialising in Website & Graphic design.
