Alex Jaffe is Branch Sales Manager of the DC & Chevy Chase offices, and a Senior Loan Officer working with clients in the Washington, DC Metro area. With each transaction, he brings a great level of care and attention to detail - priding himself on getting everything right, every single time. Communication and education are what Alex is known for. For first-time homebuyers, Alex happily spends extra time making sure his clients fully understand the home buying process and their loans. He regularly teaches first-time home buying classes all over the region. Alex has everything he needs in a company with First Home, including in-house processing and underwriting as well as a streamlined appraisal system. He is able to offer a variety of loan programs including jumbo, Conventional, Renovation Homestyle and 203k, FHA, and down payment assistance loans. Alex has closed over $500 Million in loans since 2007 and is a member of the Chairman's Club of First Home Mortgage. With countless client reviews found on Yelp and Zillow, Alex is proudly established as one of the highest-rated Loan Officers in the area. Since 2013, he has been consecutively recognized as the top producer for the DC Open Doors loan program. He funded their very first loan! He was also awarded a key to the city by the DC Housing Finance Agency. He was a past President of the DC alumni club for the University of Michigan, with over 19,000 members. Alex lives in Washington, DC with his wife Jackie and sons Louie, Cole, and Moe.

Bruce Meyers

Bruce Meyers has been in the residential lending business since 1985. During that time he has handled thousands of loans and learned that attention to detail and responsiveness are key to a smooth transaction. Chase Cusack

Chase Cusack's commitment is to provide his clients the best customer service and be a resource so that they can make the best decision possible. Chase brings with him several years of experience in the mortgage industry. He started his career with Ryan Homes working for their mortgage company. This gives Chase unparalleled experience with anything new construction-related. Chase has worked with all types of buyers, whether they are a first-time homebuyer, a move-up buyer, or even an investor. He has a wealth of knowledge on FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional financing. He also worked with non-profit groups and local governments to assist buyers using grant programs. Chase is a Maryland native and grew up in Montgomery County. Chase then earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland. Chase now resides in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, playing sports, or just about anything outdoors.
