Colleen graduated in Archaeology from Southampton University, taking up the challenge of marketing and building a business was daunting but possible with the strong family unit and support from our manufacturers, tool makers and forward looking contractors.
James knows from all his years of experience in the Construction Industry that certain areas of works are problematic to build and lack a quality standard. It's clear, it's not effective and everyone grapples with it. Seeing the change in the Industry's vision to directly improve its safety systems and quality was an opportunity not to be missed. "In all my years in the building trade, I could see solutions to these problems and designing a system/product would transform from these cumbersome, slow and costly ways to safe, reliable and cost effective best practice. This is evident from our Kicker System, which offers an attractive solution to a difficult detail in R C Framework. These are problems and I can invent a solution."
