Adedoyin Ogunyipe - CEO

Adedoyin Ogunyipe obtained a bachelor of laws degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2005, after which she proceeded to the Nigerian law school, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She is currently undergoing her Masters Degree Programme in Law at the University of Lagos and a senior partner in the firm. Having worked in various reputable law firms, she has garnered significant experience in litigation. As a lead litigation counsel, she supervises the provision of general legal compliance and related consultancy services to domestic and multi-national companies operating in the Real estate, banking and oil and gas, telecommunication sectors of the Nigerian economy, amongst others. She is actively involved in litigation matters at both the High Court and Appellate Courts. She has also offered legal advisory and transactional support services on sundry commercial issues relating to real estate, franchising, intellectual property, perfection of legal title in relation to title in relation to real estate transaction and mortgages amongst others. She brings to the disposal of clients, her wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law. She advises on all aspects of Nigerian corporate law, taxation, compliance, due diligence and regulatory matters. She liaises with various governmental departments and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. She also advises on company formations, restructuring and immigration regulation.

Bunmi Jasmine Omeke - CEO

Bunmi Jasmine Omeke is a multifaceted Lawyer, a lecturer and certified HR practitioner who has applied her lawyering and administrative skills across various sectors, particularly in education, HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Employment relations, and general corporate practice. She is currently the Principal Partner in the firm. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, Bunmi proceeded to the University of Aberdeen where she obtained her Masters at Law Degree (LLM) in International Commercial law, with a commendation in 2013. Since then, she has worked with reputable law firms and educational institutions which include being a one-time Administrator at the Centre for Law and Business where she still lectures the International under-graduate students of the University of London in Business Law courses. Apart from her personal career goals, Bunmi is a people-oriented person and in that vein have taken up various social developmental projects, especially in the field of education. She is the Co-Founder of GETWORK NIGERIA. GETWORK NIGERIA is a graduate empowerment initiative aimed at promoting the employability of Nigerian Graduates and improving the quality of workforce in Nigeria. She was also the Chairman at the just concluded EDUSKILLS FAIR NIGERIA, 2019 an annual convergence of educationists, which introduces the platform for promoting skills within the educational industry. Bunmi sits on the Advisory and Executive board of reputable organizations in the educational, telecommunication and HSE industry. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Association of Professional Mediators and Negotiators, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Sapio Club, Lagos.

Damola Ayankoya

Damola Ayankoya has over the years garnered invaluable experience in Real and Intellectual Property transactions, Regulatory Compliance, Company establishment procedures, Debt Recovery, Business Advisory services, and general corporate matters. He is actively involved in the Real Estate and property acquisition sector. He regularly advises FMCGs, leading companies on general corporate/commercial issues, and high net worth individuals on their business concerns. Damola has attended several conferences within and outside the shores of the country and is a member of some notable professional and social circuit clubs. In his free time, he loves travelling, listening to Afrobeat and Reggae music.
