Brent McMullen

Brent McMullen earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law along with a certificate in business. While attending Texas A&M, Brent was awarded a Public Interest Law Fellowship. Additionally, he was a Teaching Assistant and American Constitution Society's President. While attending Texas A&M School of Law, Brent was a law clerk at Cantey Hanger in Ft. Worth. Brent continues to work with Texas A&M School of Law students where he helps law students pass the bar exam. Currently, his practice includes family law, estate planning, business formation and business litigation, and contract negotiation. Mr. McMullen's primary focus is to help families and businesses in the Arlington and DFW area. Before attending law school Brent played baseball at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where he graduated with a religion degree. After graduation, he began working with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison where he found his passion for the practice of law. Mr. McMullen's past work experience includes working in Parkland Hospital's legal department (in developing the new Parkland Hospital), at the Dallas County Public Defender's office, local family law attorneys, and Williamson County Attorney's Office. Mr. McMullen is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association. He has been named a Rising Stars by Texas Super Lawyers Magazine for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 an honor that is limited to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the State of Texas. Mr. McMullen has also been named a "Top Attorney" in Family Law by Fort Worth Magazine for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Additionally, Mr. McMullen is a Texas native, where he coaches his children in soccer and baseball.

David Kulesz

David T. Kulesz

David T. Kulesz, born in Fort Worth, Texas, on August 29, 1955, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1979. For the last 40 years, David Kulesz has served as an Arlington Attorney. He was educated at Baylor University (B.B.A., 1977 and J.D., 1979). He was a member of the Baylor Law Review and served as Business Manager. Mr. Kulesz is a member of Phi Delta Phi, the Arlington and Tarrant County Bar Associations, Tarrant County Probate Bar and Tarrant County Family Law Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Texas. He served as the President of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association in 2015-2016. Mr. Kulesz is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and his areas of practice include family, probate, guardianship, civil litigation, business, personal injury and medical malpractice law. Since 2005, he has been selected a Texas Super Lawyer, a Thomson Reuters rating service that assesses peer recognition and professional achievement. Away from the office, David is an avid Baylor Bears fan and advocate for the Alzheimer's Association. He is well-known for his holiday light display in which he puts up thousands of lights to promote Alzheimer's awareness.

Kris L. Landrith

Kris L. Landrith, born in Dallas, Texas, was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1972. He was educated at the University of Texas at Arlington (B.B.A., 1969) and Baylor University (J.D., 1972). He qualified for and published articles in the Baylor Law Review, and was an Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Mr. Landrith is a member of the Arlington Rotary Club, founding director and former president of the Arlington Children's Toys, Inc. dba Margarita Society of Arlington, former president of the Greater Arlington Sertoma Club, former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the First United Methodist Church of Arlington and member of the Finance Committee. He is a member of the Arlington, Tarrant County, and American Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of Texas. Former member of the Board of Directors of the Arlington Bar Association. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and generally practices transactional law, personal injury, real estate law, business law, and litigation in all courts. Away from the office, Kris enjoys driving his 1955 Chevrolet, golfing, and attending college sporting events. Kris is also an avid boater and enjoys spending time on the water with his family - he was even interviewed in Boating World Magazine.

Virginia Jijón-Caamaño

Virginia Jijón-Caamaño is Of-Counsel with Jackson Landrith and Kulesz PC and practices in the field of immigration law, helping both individual clients and businesses to navigate this constantly evolving area of the law. She assists individual clients in directing and understanding immigration regulations and applications. Her practice entails organizing all types of visa submissions. Virginia works tirelessly to deconstruct complicated immigration options, opportunities, and pitfalls to compile thoroughly documented application packages. She can help file applications for visitors, businesses, or family petitions and is experienced in both consular processing and adjustment of status procedures. She works directly with business entities on attaining various non-immigrant and immigrant visas. She also handles naturalization applications, PRC renewals, TPS, DACA, U-Visas, work permit renewals, waivers, and other special immigration applications. Prior to joining Jackson Landrith and Kulesz PC, she was a partner at Parlatore Law Group in their immigration department, and she previously co-founded The Law Firm of Jijon-Caamano and Young, LLC. Her passion for helping the local immigrant community also led her to volunteer for several years at Connecticut Legal Services as an Immigration Attorney and at the Stamford Day Laborer Clinic, where she represented clients and helped organize the volunteer attorney system. In addition to providing legal and consulting services for private clients, Virginia was elected as a member of the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) of her hometown and served on the Public Health & Safety Committee for several years. She also continues to volunteer her time to provide pro bono representation to certain deserving clients needing immigration representation. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. She lives in Connecticut, with her husband and children.
