Ben has a degree in Economics from England and a degree in Auditing from BI. He is a certified public accountant with a background in auditing and financial management. Ben has been involved in the start-up of several companies, helping them develop a financial strategy.
Ben is Journey's CFO. He makes sure our books are neat and tidy at all times, and that every customer relationship is seamless from a financial point of view.

Christina has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Oslo University College, specializing in digital communication, and a bachelor's degree in Art and Design. With 10 years of experience as a journalist and content writer for trade press, start-up companies and larger corporations, she has gained broad experience in content marketing and communication, with specialisation in SEO, marketing strategy and Online Reputation Management.
Christina is the Head of Content & SEO and has been a part of Journey since 2017. She's responsible for our internal and client's content production and SEO. In addition to managing the team, she also works hands-on with several of our Key clients. At Journey, Christina gets to do what she's best at: combining content and design.
Elin has a bachelor's degree in Media Management and Innovation from NTNU. While studying, Elin worked as an intern in Amedia. Her previous work includes being a Social Media Manager in Oppland Arbeidblad and a Content Producer for Sprell.
Elin is a Content Advisor, focusing on clients in the SME segment. She creates quality content for SEO and digital marketing, analyses the results and optimises existing content on our customer's websites in order to generate leads and sales.

Erik has almost 10 years of experience as a writer and content producer. His previous work includes being a columnist for Vi Menn and a journalist for Norsk Golf and TV2. He also has a background in digital marketing.
At Journey, Erik produces content for SEO and online branding. He's a Senior Content Advisor for our Key clients, making sure they excel online with well-executed content. He has a creative and analytical approach to the marketing profession.

François has a master's degree in UX Design and Digital Strategy. He has extensive experience in redesigning websites, branding and creating solutions that are evergreen. His background is technical - François has an IT license and in-depth knowledge in front-end development and CMSs.
As a Designer, François works primarily with creative programs (Adobe Suite) and ensures that Journey's creative vision is transferred to all our projects. As a Creative Director, he develops this vision continuously in line with the requirements of our clients and the industry.

Fredrik has worked with sales and sales management for almost ten years. It started with 5 years of door-to-door sales, where he took on increasingly more responsibility. Then he changed his field to corporate sales within the telecom industry. Next to a blooming career as a salesman, Fredrik completed a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology at Lillehammer University College, in addition to an introductory course on Business Administration (CORe) at Harvard Business School Online.
As an Account Manager, he gets exciting insights into existing and new client organisations. He's a sparring partner between the customer and our internal teams when it comes to reaching our customer's goals for growth and success.

Joakim has a bachelor's degree in International Marketing from BI in Oslo and Kingston University College. After graduating, he moved to Dublin and worked for Google (via Accenture) where he optimized ads for Key clients. 1.5 years later he was promoted to Product Expert and moved to Lisbon at Google's newly opened offices. One year later he moved back to Norway and started at Journey.
Joakim is Head of Paid Media at Journey and is responsible for our clients within the Paid segment. He manages our Paid team and optimises client accounts on Google and Facebook.

Kristian has been a part of Journey since our humble beginning and is our company's first official employee. Closing in on seven years at Journey, he's gained broad experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO, ORM, marketing strategy, administration and management. Kristian has a bachelor's degree in Nautics from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a degree in Multimedia Design and Communications from Copenhagen Business Academy.
As an Operations Manager, Kristian has the overall responsibility for personnel, recruitment and administration, in addition to ensuring that our day-to-day operations run ever so smoothly. He is still actively involved with consulting and advising our clients in SEO.
Louise has a degree in Marketing from BI and USC Australia. She has extensive experience in both marketing and sales. After working with a wide variety of marketing activities, she discovered early that she wanted to specialise in SEO. She gains new knowledge where she can and is Journey's Jackie of all Trades and Master of SEO.
Louise is responsible for our customer's off-site and technical SEO. As our SEO Specialist, she analyses websites and data to ensure that every client achieves visibility online.

Stian has a master's degree in Applied Informatics from NTNU and a bachelor's degree in Game Programming. He has extensive experience in system administration, development, functional programming and bitcoin.
As a Senior Developer, Stian works with both development and consultation within his areas of expertise. This includes cryptography, bitcoin and other related technologies.

Tormod was born with a keyboard in his hands. He started his career building websites for a charity and has since then worked with programming and customisation of technical systems for the service industry. He has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Arctic University of Norway, and several years of experience in programming, building websites and developing technical solutions.
Tormod's area of expertise is building, maintaining and improving technical solutions on websites. He works mainly with the platforms WordPress and Shopify and does both front-end and back-end development.
