Through her dedicated immersion in classical music for over two decades, Hye Jin developed an ear for recognizing the unique timbre and individuality in people's voices. He honed his skills at the Cardozo Tech Startup Clinic, where he provided legal assistance to emerging technology companies. Additionally, he interned at a hospitality management startup, where he gained practical insight into the unique legal challenges faced by companies in the service industry. Furthermore, Jason's commitment to professional growth led him to internships at several law firms and at the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, where he gained exposure to a wide range of legal practice areas.
Jason brings a well-rounded perspective to his practice, leveraging his experiences across different sectors to provide strategic and tailored legal solutions. His passion for supporting startups and entrepreneurs is evident in his unwavering dedication to their success.
Manuel's clients are predominantly technology startups and emerging growth companies. He has counseled an array of clients operating in diverse industries, including artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain & web3, SaaS, health tech, legal tech, property tech, and consumer goods. While his industry expertise is well-rounded, Manuel has been actively involved in the blockchain and web3 space since 2018. He has advised clients and web3 projects regarding securities regulation, digital securities offerings, venture capital financings integrating token exposure, token distributions, structuring and governance of DeFi protocols and applications, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), Non-Fungible tokens (NFTs) and airdrop sales and structures, and stablecoins.
