JM Hospitality Group was inspired by the community of Winter Park, Florida. We began our journey here nearly 25 years ago in 1994 by opening The Partridge Tree Gift Shop on Park Avenue. Five years later we expanded our company with 310 Park South, our first restaurant, also located in Winter Park. Eventually another 310 location was opened in Downtown Orlando. In 2013 we opened blu on the avenue, an upscale seafood restaurant, only two doors down from our flagship restaurant, 310 Park South. Our newest concept, BoVine Steakhouse, opened in June of 2020 in the former Park Plaza Gardens on Park Avenue in Winter Park.
