After 20 years as a tradesman and contractor in the construction industry, Adam has been an inspector/plans examiner for 24 years. He has served as Building Official for the Towns of Eagar AZ and Queen Creek AZ. He has spent 15 years working as a code consultant providing plan review and inspection services for jurisdictions such as the City of San Jose CA, Clark County NV, Mountain View CA, and Phoenix AZ. Adam holds certifications as a combination inspector and as building, plumbing, and mechanical plans examiner. He has been developing and teaching classes for over 15 years and is a recipient of AZBO (Arizona Building Officials) Brent Snyder Memorial Award for excellence in the promotion of education. He has been on the plan review teams for projects such as the Palazzo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas NV, the Google Shoreline domed office building in Mountain View CA, and the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training facility in Phoenix AZ.

Mr. Spanswick is a 32-year veteran manager and owner of behavioral health hospitals and services, Mr. Spanswick began his career in New Orleans, Louisiana. After receiving his MSW in Clinical Mental Health from Tulane University in Louisiana and working for five years in multiple inpatient psychiatric settings as a Director of Social Services, Mr. Spanswick entered the Master of Hospital Administration Program at Tulane while simultaneously founding in 1994 Paradym Health Systems, Inc. (PHS), a psychiatric hospital management company, with Dr. Alan Jason Coe as partner.
Paul is a professional engineer, educator, creative thinker and problem solver who has worked for the private sector, NGOs and government clients around the globe. He has been involved in 3D Printing since 1985, when he developed one of the first operational machines. He founded the Pacific Institute for Advanced Study in 1990, the world's first truly globally networked R&D organization. Among his numerous accomplishments include the organization of the first Canadian Earth Day, consulting with senior administrators at NASA on new technologies, speaking at the World Future Society Conference on 3D printing, being a finalist in the Canadian astronaut selection process and working with the US military to implement 3D printing and new ideas for comprehensive fleet defense. He is the author of several books including "Boxing Outside the Think" on the art of creative thinking, "The JOOM Destiny" on the long-term impacts of 3D printing and supporting technologies, "The Art & Science of Systems Thinking," and "Relativity for the Reluctant," a book for those having difficulties understanding the complexities of Einstein's famous theory. He is a Nobel Prize nominee and has supervised more than a dozen successful software development projects, worldwide.
​Renee is passionate about Technology with a prolific business background. She has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and is in her Doctoral program at Brandman University. As a solution creator for many of the nation's most respected federal and state governments, nonprofits, hospitals, prime contractors, and credit unions Renee has designed million dollar solutions and implemented them all over the world. During the last decade, she has advised the: DOD, FDA, EPA, USDA, Census Bureau, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Reserve Banks, and the US Department of Labor. As a Government Account Manager, her job was to give the best customer service along with helping clients realize the best solutions in technology. Ms. Gillard has worked with JOOM 3D for two years now as a consultant and now as the CEO. She has achieved a dramatic expansion of our customer bases by establishing honest friendships with clients over the past 17 years. Working in software implementations, startups and Fortune 100 companies like Verizon Wireless has taught her about running a transformational company with systems thinking.
Kirk Beeton has twenty-eight years of experience in executive management as the CEO of numerous companies and has invented two hardware products; one purchased by the U.S. Military and Zellers- a successful Canadian retailer, and the second by General Tools, a major supplier of wholesale items to Home Depot and Ace Hardware.
