Under lockdown, our founder Jo Plumbly started an online store called Jo's Eco Shop selling eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products. Then as we all began regaining our freedoms, Jo started attending markets as a stallholder and talking to previously virtual customers. She quickly realised that people like to hold and see the products they are interested in, asking questions and finding out more about ways to swap traditional products for eco-friendly ones... Refillability is a refill shop in Ivybridge selling a range of eco-friendly products including personal care, cleaning and household products
