Dave founded and formed KGS under the direction of the ONC board of directors. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Dave provides strategic planning, business development and overall leadership of KGS and its subsidiaries.
Dave is the former CEO of Tatitlek Support Services, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Tatitlek Dave was the Chief Information Officer of Impact Interactive, an Anchorage based information technology company which focused on virtual training and marketing services.
Dave has also been the Director of Distance Education at the University of Alaska Anchorage and the captain of a 50' salmon tender in Prince William Sound and the Copper River Delta.

In this role, Teresa Derrickson oversees Katmai's enterprise-wide Compliance and Ethics Program, as well as the company's risk management, contracts, HR, industrial security, corporate governance, and SBA (Small Business Administration) departments. With 15 years of experience in government contracting, she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, policy development, and operational leadership.
A lifelong Alaskan, Teresa holds a Ph.D. in English and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She is committed to upholding ethical business practices and driving operational excellence within the Alaska Native Corporation community.
