The principle owner, Ted Lapshinoff, believes that the environment and sustainability should be the main focus when choosing materials to build with. Keeping the customer happy while building an environmentally friendly house on budget can be a real challenge. Ted will work with the owners to come up with solutions to meet these challenges...
