Key Homes was established in 1985 and has traded throughout Hawkes Bay from an office located in Heretaunga Street, Hastings. In 1991 Key Homes branched out to include the Tauranga market and was soon one of the largest building companies trading within the Bay of Plenty. In 2008, the changing economic realities within New Zealand provided Key Homes the chance to fine tune its established business model and combine 30 years of experience with a small management team to produce the most cost effective way to build and develop land within Hawke's Bay.​... After 30 years in Hawke's Bay, Key Homes understands how to produce the best quality build, at the best price. We achieve this by keeping our business expenses very low. This means that at Key Homes, we have absoultely no unnecessary office buildings, advertising or costly sales and administrative staff...
