Brandon Spencer - CFO

Brandon Spencer has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Klas Government, Inc. since April 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Virginia since 2009. Prior to joining Klas Government, he was an Audit Manager at Kearney & Company for three years, managing engagements at the Department of State and International Boundary and Water Commission. Mr. Spencer has previously been employed by Nii Holdings, Inc. and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Financial Services Assurance practice. Mr. Spencer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He earned a Masters of Accountancy from George Washington University in 2008

Brendan McCann - CFO

Brendan Mc Cann BBS. FCA. is the Chief Financial Officer of Klas and has led the finance function since 2003. He joined KPMG Dublin in 1976 as a trainee chartered accountant and qualified as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 1979. He has since become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining Klas, he was the Finance Director of Lake Electronics Ltd and Laserform Ltd. Brendan graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Business Studies (BBS) and has a diploma in Strategic Leadership for CFOs from Stanford University, C.A.

Colonel Wade Johnston

Colonel Wade Johnston received his commission as a 2nd Lt. from the Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of South Dakota in 1993. His assignments include the 304th Signal Battalion, Camp Red Cloud, South Korea; the 18th Field Artillery Brigade (ABN) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina; the 3rd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82d Airborne Division; the 75th Ranger Regiment; HHC, 82d Signal Battalion; the Mission Support Squadron; the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta; commander of the Mission Support Squadron; the J6 Chief of Operations for the Joint Special Operations Command; commander of the Joint Communications Unit; commander of the Joint Communications Support Element; COL Johnston's last assignment was in the HQDA CIO/G6. He is a graduate of the Signal Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Command and General Staff College, Army War College, Basic Airborne School, Ranger School, Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape School, Military Freefall and Jumpmaster School. Johnston's awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Valorous Unit Award, and the Meritorious Unit Citation. Johnston has been married to his wife, the former Ms. Ann Hauk, for 23 years and they have one son, Nathan.

Frank Murray - CTO

Frank Murray is Chief Technology Officer of Klas. Since joining the company in 2001, Frank has grown the R&D department from a startup to a multi-functional team with hardware, software and mechanical capabilities of the highest standard. The team has delivered innovative, patented technology to the government sector in that time, including Pioneer Express/GRRIP and Voyager TDC. In addition, the underlying technology has been extended to create thriving public safety and transportation business units within Klas. Frank holds a Masters in Electronic Engineering from National University of Ireland, Galway and has previously worked in software development roles for Ericsson, Logica Mobile Networks, Madge Networks and Agfa Graphics.

Glenn Hannon - COO

Glenn Hannon joined Klas in 2006 and today serves as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Glenn is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing business operations across the corporation. He leads the company's strategic partner and customer relations as well as maintaining oversight of financial operations. Prior to Klas's employ, Glenn marketed secure communications technologies, such as the KIV-7, to the U.S. Department of Defense. He possesses over twenty three year's experience developing tactical communications solutions and working U.S. government customers to enhance their networking capabilities.

John Gallagher - CEO

John Gallagher serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Klas. John joined Klas in June 2000 as head of Business Development and has led the company since 2006 when he became CEO. Gallagher has guided the corporation through many stages of growth to include entry into new markets; rapid expansion of R&D, engineering and sales teams; launching of new businesses; and has ultimately led the company to grow continually during his tenure. As CEO, John is responsible for creating, planning and implementing the strategic direction of Klas and serves as the primary liaison to the company's board of directors. John holds a Master's Degree in Business from University College Dublin and lives with his family in Georgetown, Washington D.C.

John Windall

Mr. Windall was named the Director of Customer Success for Klas Government in September 2021. He started with Klas in September 2015 and served as Manager of Field Operations from October 2018 to September 2021. Mr. Windall served in the US Army between 1988-1998 as a Radio/Crypto Repair Technician at various military commands, including the White House Communications Agency, and Operation Just Cause. Throughout his civilian career he held various management, project management, and technical rolls within the Telecom and IT industries in support of both commercial and government customers. As Director, Mr. Windall is responsible for the post-sales support of customers to include on-site support of both hardware and configuration implementation as well at on-site training, and warranty claims. Additionally, he is responsible for the training of Klas personnel, resellers, and the maintenance of the Klas demonstration equipment.

Julianna Tran

Julianna Tran serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Klas Government. Many may know her from her work assisting in the management and inside sales of Klas Group. Julianna first joined Klas Group in 2013 and most recently moved to help lead Klas Government in 2022. As CAO, she supports the Sales, Inside Sales, BD, and Marketing Team, while also managing all HR, IT, and operations of all Klas Gov facilities. Julianna strongly believes and exemplifies the philosophy of being a lifelong learner. In addition to her Master of Business Administration from William & Mary College, she also holds a dual degree in International Affairs and Asian Studies with a concentration in International Development from The George Washington University; certified Professional in Project Management from Project Management Institute; Digital Marketing from the American Marketing Association; and Leadership in the 21st Century from Harvard Business Publishing. She currently resides in Northern Virginia.

Mark "Droopy" Clark

Mark "Droopy" Clark, MajGen USMC (ret'd) is a native of South Dakota and Minnesota. He is a 1980 graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Economics. He received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in June 1981 upon completion of Officer Candidate School. In 1983, 2ndLT Clark was designated a naval aviator. As a CH-53E pilot stationed at Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC, he spent numerous assignments at various squadrons which included several Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) deployments. In 2007, he was designated an MV-22 Osprey pilot. As a Platoon Commander for 2d Brigade Platoon, 2d Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company Captain Clark was tasked with primary support to the Army's 82nd Airborne Division and involved training support with SOF and the British Royal Marines. As a Brigadier General, he was assigned to Headquarters Marine Corps in the Pentagon as the Director of Plans, Strategy and International Engagement. During this period he served as a member of the Inter-American Defense Board. His assignments with special operations range from the tactical level to the strategic level. His first assignment as a Captain/Major was as a MH-53J PAVELOW pilot with the 20th Special Operations Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Fl. Later he was assigned to Theater Special Operations Command (Central), Combined Special Operations Task Force South in Afghanistan and later to Combined Forces Special Operations Command Central in Qatar. As a Colonel he was assigned to the Campaign Support Group/Center for Special Operations which was newly established by US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to take the DOD lead for the global war on terrorism. BGEN Clark was later assigned as the first Marine J3 at USSOCOM, with an extended assignment as the Chief of Staff and acting Deputy Commander. His most recent assignment with special operations was as the commander for Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command. Assignments included deployments and operations in Southwest Asia (Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm); Bosnia; Haiti; Afghanistan. As a pilot he was qualified in the CH-53E; MH-53J PAVELOW, and the MV-22 Osprey. His command assignments include Platoon Commander 2D Air naval Gunfire Liaison Company; Commanding Officer Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 461; Commanding Officer Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron 204; Commanding General Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command. His military education includes Aviation Safety, Aircraft Maintenance, two Masters in Military Studies, Seminar XXI Strategic Studies, and Doctorate in Public Service. Mark is married to the former Lisa Nicolos. They have three amazing children - Rachel, Nick and Mary.

Mike Munn - CSO

Mike served a total of 28 years in the US Army in both active duty and civilian capacities. His assignments while on active duty provided him with a broad knowledge base to build on as his roles and responsibilities increased. As a civilian, Mike was tasked with identifying, and when not readily available leading the development of, capabilities to meet the most demanding and mission-critical requirements for our special operations forces. Since his departure from the US Army, Mike has worked in a wide range of technology disciplines including ground and satellite RF communications, networking and services. In his role as CSO for Klas Government, he continues to focus on driving innovation and capabilities that will enhance the effectiveness of our military members as they serve and protect our great nation. Mike and his wife, Lisa, have 3 children and two grandchildren and live in South Carolina.

R. Scott Rettig - CEO, Chairman

R. Scott Rettig, is Chief Executive Officer & President of RSR industries, a Global Aerospace and Defense advisory. He currently serves as Chairman and Director for multiple multinational corporations. Previous Executive positions include: Chairman of the Board of AgustaWestland USA, a world leader in Helicopter design and manufacture. Mr. Rettig has served as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board OTO Melara North America, a world leader in weapons design and manufacture. He has founded and established multiple Special Security Agreements with the US Department of Defense.

William Ostrowski - CEO, President

William Ostrowski is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Klas Government. Bill recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ELTA North America. Previously, Bill was the Director of Business Development for the Space and Airborne Systems Segment of L3Harris Technologies. Where he led an effort at L3Harris Spectral Solutions division to provide space mission solutions for government and commercial activities. He has experience with the entrepreneurial start-up Digital CM as the Product Strategy Advisor. In addition, Bill has held executive positions at FLIR Systems as Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development for the Surveillance Group. Bill has also worked in advanced research and development organizations serving special operations and the intelligence community, as the Associate Director for Special Operations Systems at Draper Laboratory and as Senior Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Additionally, he was the Director and General Manager for the Draper Laboratory Rapid Prototyping Center in Tampa, Florida. Bill is a retired US Army Special Forces Officer with 26 years of service. He retired as the Joint Special Operations Command Deputy Chief of Technical Operations in 2008. In the Special Forces, Mr. Ostrowski served in multiple combat leadership roles with tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Philippines, and Africa. Bill is a member of the industry advisory boards for the University of South Florida Electrical Engineering Department and the Western Carolina University Engineering Department. He is also a board member of the NDIA SO/LIC Division.
