Yayoi started her career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley M&A Department and she has lead the large-scale cross-border M&A transactions. Since then, for over 30 years, she has been engaged in corporate acquisitions, business tie-ups, launching new businesses, and commercializing R&D results at a large Telco Group in Japan and other global companies in the United States and Europe... She has been responsible for projects in more than 10 countries, totaling more than US$ 3 billion, and currently takes the lead in assisting global corporates and Silicon Valley's high-tech companies who are entering the Japanese market.
