David Stephenson has spent over 30 years driving revenue growth in a variety of organisations in the technology industry. An expert in the selection, organisation, motivation and leadership of both direct and indirect sales teams, David consistently delivers rapid and sustainable increases in sales. In addition to his extensive experience and knowledge in sales, David has also performed the role of managing director in a number of smaller IT firms, both as an employed executive and as interim consultant.
Kieran Lees has extensive experience in leading and changing organisations through adverse stages in their development. Core capabilities are CHANGE, GROWTH, LEADERSHIP and TEAMS. He has worked for a number of global technology companies including Oracle, Sun, NCR and Computacenter. Kieran has executed both short and long term engagements for KL at a number of our clients, including Hitachi, Capita and Lombard Risk Management plc.

Professor Malcolm Higgs is Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisation Behaviour within Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton. He is also the Director of the School's DBA programme. He was Head of the Southampton Business School from 2011-2014.
Malcolm is a member of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and is also actively involved in consulting on leadership, change and assessment with a range of international companies both as an individual consultant and as the founding partner of the consulting firm PDC Associates.
Mike Ford is an international rugby coach, currently engaged as the Head Coach for the German National XV team. He has an exceptional track record of experience and success in both domestic and international rugby, having been a coach for the British and Irish Lions, England, and Germany, as well as Director of Rugby and Head Coach for Bath Rugby, Toulon Rugby and the Dallas Griffins.
