Our aim at Leadership Journey is to be a collaborative partner, enabling leaders to shape healthy culture. We want to get to know you, walk the journey and tailor individual and group programs to develop thinking, behaviours and positive organisational outcomes. We focus on improving staff CQ and relational skills to drive productivity. We see our role is to develop self-awareness, relational skills and cultural intelligence to equip leaders to influence a more positive organisational culture, overcoming inevitable human tensions to create workplaces where people can truly thrive.
