Interior Construction Specialists (ICS) was founded in 2000 to supply the demand for a sophisticated, quality tenant improvement-specific contractor in Utah. Since then ICS has grown to be the Top TI Contractor in the Intermountain West, working with the best and most innovative clients who choose the west as a place to grow their companies... To meet the growing demand for quality tenant improvements and other renovations and remodels, Layton established Interior Construction Specialists, Inc. (ICS) 20 years ago. With the backing of Layton, the company got off to a fast start and hasn't looked back. In early 2018, the company hit a milestone of completing $1 billion of construction work since its inception.
