Jessica holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science from Coe College and a J.D. from Drake University. She is Global General Counsel for a financial services company based in Luxembourg. Jessica has been involved in pageantry for over 20 years, first as a state contestant and then serving in numerous roles at the local and state level of the Miss America Organization.

Michelle holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from St. Ambrose University. She is Vice President/Partner of a YUM! Brands franchise company, and Administrative Manager for the Association of KFC Franchisees. Michelle has been involved in pageantry for more than 25 years and spent most of that time prepping contestants in various systems. She also has served in numerous roles at the local and state level of the Miss America Organization.
