Joshua Brown brings years of experience to Legacy. Joshua's role includes developing, maintaining, deploying, and enforcing standard operating procedures, as well as managing contracts for clients, partners, employees, etc.
He has a strategic understanding of high-level budgeting, P&L simulation, cash flow simulation and controller activities.
We're excited to have Kim bring her passion for accounting to Legacy Mortgage Broker. Kim studied business at the University of Kansas, later deciding to move to Chicago, where she earned a degree in accounting. As a mother of four, she is eager to provide a LEGACY for her family as an Investor Specialist. Her experience and talent provide LEGACY with the resources we need as we flourish in the real estate market. As an active Boy Scout mom, Kim enjoys spending her spare time cherishing precious moments with her family.

As a Certified Commercial Practitioner, there is no project too large or small. LaDonna loves to travel and explore insights on effective revitalization for underserved communities on a global scale. With a BSBA in Finance, LaDonna quickly gravitated her skills towards the Real Estate Industry and has a keen eye for investors with a plan.

Ms. Brunt brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. She is ultimately responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of every department. Ms. Brunt supervises verification of employment, title work, homeowners' insurance, lender disclosures and coordinating the loan flow with loan officers and various other areas of business.
Steven comes to Legacy Mortgage Broker with more than 15 years of experience in a vast array of fields. As a seasoned engineer with a strong background in real estate, Steven's knowledge provides him with unique value as an Investor specialist for Legacy Mortgage. Steven's passion for real estate has lead him down the path of investing (rehabbing, flipping, etc.) for the past decade.
