We started life just over 5 years ago, having worked within local letting agents we felt that there was not enough focus or awareness on how important an independent inventory was. With the knowledge of the niche in the market for local inventory clerks we set up as an individual clerk doing property inventories. Since then with our flexibility and knowhow, we were soon being asked to help our clients in other areas of their business. This has meant the need for us to expand to meet our client's demands... Lets Assist are here to change the way you look after your rental properties. With ever changing legislations and the increasing demand for rentals it's a tough time being an Estate Agent or Landlord. You have so much to do but such little timescales to complete them in.
