As Office Assistant, Ashley's responsibilities include creating invoices and quotes, processing warranty claims, and ensuring prompt customer payment. Before coming to Liquid Ice, Ashley worked as a chef. Although she loved creating meals for her customers, she felt that it was time for a change. She lives in Worcester County with her husband, and their twin daughters. In her free time, Ashley enjoys family time and making memories that will last a lifetime.
CarylAnn Joined us in March of 2019. Her responsibilities include invoicing and collections. Prior to Liquid Ice, CarylAnn worked in Accounts Receivable at the Heberts Candy Mansion. When she is not working, CarylAnn enjoys spending time with her 11 grand children.

Dante has been employed as an Inventory Specialist at Liquid Ice since March of 2022. His responsibilities include keeping track of parts (in formats both physical and through company electronic filing systems), assisting technicians with replenishing Van Stock items, along with maintaining communication with team in efforts to help troubleshoot and keep facility organized. Before coming to Liquid Ice, Dante spent 10 years working in mental health and spent 6 years with experience as a supervisor in Customer Service/Sales. Dante attends to his loving family in Dudley and writes original music in his spare time.
Greg has been with Liquid Ice since 2016 after having spent more than 20 years in the beverage industry doing everything from refurbishing equipment to field service to marketing, sales and management. At Liquid Ice, Greg is responsible for helping make sure that the ship runs smoothly and insuring that customers are happy by developing work orders from inception to completion, keeping the customer up-to-date, and hiring and training service staff. In his free time, Greg enjoys Fishing, Boating, Four-wheeling and Hockey.
Jeff has been with Liquid Ice since 2005 and has helped build and grow the company to where it is today. He oversees all operations for Major and Specialized Projects. His duties include management, estimating, project scheduling, invoicing and customer support. Jeff is a veteran of the niche dispensed beverage industry and has 18+ years of experience in all capacities of the trade including maintenance, service, installation and management. Jeff is an avid sports fan, especially football and the "6" time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots. He also enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, reading, cooking/grilling and ATV'S.
Jodi graduated the University of Southern California in 1992. As a USC Trojan, she became a lifelong fan of college football. In 1998, Jodi and her late husband founded Liquid Ice. Jodi's role has grown from bookkeeping to overseeing all aspects of operating a small business. In her spare time, Jodi likes to spend time with her adult children, listen to music, work in her butterfly garden, spend lazy summer days near the pool, and watch college football.
John came to Liquid Ice with years of online sales experience. His duties include inventory procurement, and managing our online store.

June Alvarado joined the Liquid Ice Team in June of 2021. As Assistant Service Coordinator his day consists of receiving service requests, ensuring their timely completion, and providing customers with real-time updates. Juan previously served as dispatcher for a delivery service provider contracted by Amazon. Juan lives in a small Massachusetts town with his brothers and is currently pursuing a BA in Cyber Security which has led to computer coding as a hobby. Juan is also a big soccer fan (FC Barcelona), and PC gamer.

Robert first started in the beverage industry with Liquid Ice in 2007 as a Field Service Technician. With prior supervisory experience, and 8 years of field experience, he joined the office staff in 2015 as Service Coordinator. Now Service Manager, Robert brings his years of technical experience, and customer service to every facet of the administrative team. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, and outdoor motorsports.
