Tamisha has worked tirelessly to securing almost $2million from the California Violence intervention and prevention program to help reduce and prevent gun violence in Antioch. Tamisha has also Secured $300,000 in Juvenile Justice crime prevention act funds as part of a course we are on to ensure our young people have a safe and secure future in Antioch! She has helped saved local business from shuttering their doors during the pandemic while also serving Antioch's most vulnerable communities. More recently, Tamisha has successfully championed the rent control ordinance in the city of Antioch securing affordable housing for Antioch residents...
