Allen A. King

With over 25 years of experience, Allen King regularly appears in courts across Southeast Texas and beyond, representing clients in a variety of trial and appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Allen worked defending clients for one of the biggest insurance companies in the country. Raised in a small town along the Red River, Allen was taught the value of hard work, fair play, and personal integrity. He applies those lessons to his practice and his day to day life. When not in court, you will likely find him volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America or running the BBQ pit at St. Thomas High School football games.

Daniel Cienfuegos

Attorney Daniel Cienfuegos, Jr. was born in Brownsville, Texas and grew up in Baytown, Texas. Daniel attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a B.S. in Communication Studies and was named to the Dean's List. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Daniel returned to Houston to pursue a legal career. Daniel received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in May 2009 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2009. While at South Texas, Daniel participated in mock trial and became a qualified mediator. Daniel also earned the CALI award for excellence in Insurance Law for receiving the highest grade in the course. Following law school, Daniel interned for the Honorable Michael Gomez in the 129th Harris County District Court before joining a prominent Plaintiffs' firm in Houston, Texas. Since 2010, Daniel has successfully worked on hundreds of personal injury cases and cases involving first-party insurance/bad faith claims in numerous counties throughout Texas. Daniel is especially passionate about representing persons that have been injured and/or wronged by insurance companies, big businesses, and others. Daniel is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas. Eduardo J. Domenech

A Spanish-speaking native of Houston, Texas, Eduardo joined Crim & Villalpando, PC as a personal injury trial attorney in May of 2018. He grew up learning about hard work and integrity from watching his Cuban and Puerto Rican parents labor selflessly helping others as doctors in their respective medical fields. He was taught "goodness, discipline and knowledge" at Saint Thomas High School in Houston where he also served as vice president of the student body and captain of the varsity lacrosse team. Due to Eduardo's efforts in the classroom and the community, he received a scholarship to study in paradise at The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Eduardo graduated from "The U" with a double major in Psychology and Spanish, along with a double minor in Philosophy and Biology, while also being a part of UM's Honors Program. Determined to make a career in the courtroom, Eduardo earned his law degree at one of the most prestigious law schools in the South, The University of Miami School of Law. After graduation, Eduardo knew he wanted to come back home to live in the great state of Texas and work in one of the world's greatest cities. After law school, Eduardo began his professional career clerking for a respected solo practitioner in Houston specializing in personal injury law and mediation. While working at this firm, Eduardo gained valuable experience assisting clients from the beginning to the end of their lawsuit experience. Since joining Crim & Villalpando, PC, Eduardo has become an aggressive trial lawyer aiding English and Spanish speaking clients secure successful jury verdicts in a wide range of personal injury cases. His training and experience continue to assist in counseling clients in their difficult time and helping them get the justice they deserve. Eduardo's practice currently focuses on personal injury trial law and representing people injured as a result of the negligence and carelessness of individuals and companies. In addition to being a member of the Texas Bar Association, Eduardo is also an active member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. In his personal time, Eduardo enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family, exploring downtown Houston with his longtime girlfriend, Sarah, and their Boxer dog, and cheering on the Houston Astros and Miami Hurricanes.

Gustavo H. Villalpando

Gustavo was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico and, as an undocumented child, he moved with his parents as they worked throughout the southeastern United States. This unique life experience forged within him an exhaustive understanding of the opportunities available in the United States as well as the obstacles one must overcome to live the American Dream. He received his citizenship in 1986. Shortly afterwards, he began working for a personal injury law firm in an entry-level capacity. Over the years he tirelessly studied the actual practice of law as he worked his way up the chain of command at various law firms. He has worked with attorneys on a local, state, and national level regarding law firm management, litigation, trial strategy, advertising, contract negotiations, and financial matters. Throughout his career in law, Gustavo has sought to help injured folks in a professional, ethical, and efficient manner. Gustavo is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. As a partner, Gustavo continues to build an incredibly talented group of trial attorneys to fight for the law firm's clients. His tenacity and understanding of the social and legal fabric in Texas make him an asset to all of his clients inside or outside of the courtroom. Hannah Parham

Hannah Parham was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Being born to two college professors, the importance of education and hard work were instilled in her from a young age. After high school, she attended the University of Houston where she graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She then continued her education at the University of Houston Law Center, earning her law degree in 2016. After passing the bar Hannah began her career as an attorney at a large Houston personal injury law firm, gaining valuable experience in the field. She then decided to open a private practice, handling a variety of cases including probate, wills, real estate transactions, and of course, personal injury. Running her own practice taught her how to singlehandedly manage a case from start to finish and effectively represent clients of all backgrounds. As a child, Hannah grew up speaking Spanish along with English. As an attorney, she now welcomes every opportunity to put her bilingualism to work and has served Latino clients ever since becoming licensed. She joined the Crim & Villalpando team in October of 2023 as a litigation attorney. Hannah approaches litigation with a mix of thorough, zealous advocacy and compassionate guidance to her clients. She understands that clients involved in an injury lawsuit have already been through enough; thus, she strives to make their journey through the litigation process as painless as possible. When not working, Hannah enjoys spending time in nature, birdwatching, traveling, and a nice, long day at the beach or pool. She and her boyfriend have grown their family over the years and are the proud parents of two loving dogs and five beautiful cats.

J. Stephen Crim II

Stephen formed The Crim Law Firm (now Crim & Villalpando, PC) to assist victims of personal injuries. After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, he was admitted to the prestigious University of Texas School of Law. While at the U.T. School of Law, Mr. Crim took a diverse range of legal courses, one of which included gaining admittance to an exchange student program. He attended a Semester in London at Queen Mary and William College, which provided exposure to other legal systems. After graduating from law school and becoming licensed in 1996 by The Texas Supreme Court as an Attorney and Counselor at Law, Mr. Crim briefly worked at an Insurance Defense Law Firm, gaining valuable insight into the methods by which Insurance Companies conduct business. As a plaintiff's personal injury attorney, he has already helped thousands of injured clients. In addition to being a member of The Texas Bar, Mr. Crim is also a bar member of the U.S. District Court's Fifth Circuit for the Northern District of Texas. Josh Chambers

Josh Chambers joined Crim & Villalpando, PC as a law clerk in March of 2011 and was hired on as an attorney upon his passage of the bar in 2013. Josh currently focuses on pre-litigation liability settlements, health insurance subrogation, hospital lien negotiations, and expedited personal injury actions. Josh was raised in Tomball, Texas, where he attended Tomball High School. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in History, with a minor in Business, from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, Josh worked at a law firm in Houston, helping families affected by asbestos exposure. It was not long before Josh knew he had found his calling and decided to go to law school. He attended South Texas College of Law where he was associate editor of the Corporate Counsel Review and received a certificate of accomplishment from the Pro Bono Honors Program in recognition of his extensive public service work while in law school. Josh worked as a law clerk while attending law school, utilizing the experience he gained to establish his focus on personal injury issues throughout his ongoing education. He continued to excel at law school while developing his skill set working on cases in jurisdictions across Texas. Coupling this experience with the influence of the culture at Crim & Villalpando, PC, Josh has found his niche, as he continues his legal career helping injured individuals. Laura "LJ" Jones

Laura "LJ" Jones was born and raised in East Texas. She was Senior Lieutenant of her high-school drill team and played violin. She continued playing through college for a total of 15 years. LJ attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana where she was a member of the NSU Crew Team as a coxswain. She ended her four years on the crew team as the Varsity Coxswain and President. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies, as well as Creative and Performing Arts. After graduating, she attended South Texas College of Law. During law school, she studied abroad in Malta where she met and taught a class by Ruth Bader Ginsburg. LJ started as a law clerk doing appellate level criminal defense, but quickly found her way to personal injury and found her calling.

Ryan Nguyen

Ryan brings his vast experience as a top plaintiff lawyer to Crim & Villalpando, PC. As one of the nation's top class action and mass torts attorney, Ryan recently was directly responsible for over $35.8 Million awarded to his clients. Ryan has represented thousands of personal injury plaintiffs across the nation and locally in Texas, involving BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill, GM ignition defects, dioxin toxic poisoning, asbestos/mesothelioma litigation, and Hurricane Harvey Flood Reservoirs. At Crim & Villalpando, PC, Ryan utilizes his wealth of legal knowledge and resolute leadership to zealously fight for his injured clients. Ryan Nguyen is a native Houstonian who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Ryan later attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). Subsequently, Ryan received his Law Degree from the University of Houston Law Center. There, Ryan also served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Energy Law and Policy Journal. Ryan served as a judicial intern for the Harris County 295th District Civil Court and then for the Texas First Court of Appeals. Ryan's previous work include specializing in mass tort and pharmaceutical litigation while at a prominent law firm and then defending medical malpractice while at BCM - Office of General Counsel. Aside from Ryan's beloved legal work, Ryan is heavily involved in the Houston community. Ryan recently served as: a Houston Super Bowl Game Showcase Committee Member; a Health Fest Houston Host Committee Member; the Top Fundraiser as an Aga Khan Foundation Emissary; the creator and spearhead for a charitable fund which raised over $120,000 for a Houston victim in need; and a "Local Celebrity" Participant in the 2017 Houston's Dancing with the Stars (DWTS), which he won the DWTS Championship.
