From there, my incredible partner in life and now in business - Keith Segundo had opened up a company called Limitless Association Solution Resource, LLC and acquired enough business and clients that it made sense for me to leave my job at NBSTSA and join forces to expand the business to certification and education focused work.
Adrienne Segundo is chief operating officer and chairman of Limitless Association Solution Resource, her Littleton, the Colorado-based credentialing management company. She has more than 15 years of experience in the association industry. Before launching Limitless, she served as director of credentialing and operations for the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. Adrienne has extensive experience in exam development, ANSI-ISO 17024 accreditation, NCCA accreditation, and advance credentialing and marketing of credentials.
DeAnna Morrison is an Association professional, who handles publications, digital content, website and database management, and online education. DeAnna holds a Master's degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
She is a member of the Florida Society of Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives.
Before joining the Association world, DeAnna was a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, a Territory Sales Manager for an auto/home insurance underwriter, and an Account Executive for a title insurance underwriter.
DeAnna currently lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband Tom, who is an Association CEO. They have 3 grown children, and 2 grandchildren. She is originally from East Tennessee, and loves all things Southern…especially the Tennessee Volunteers and Nashville. Go Vols!

Keith Segundo is chief executive officer and president of Limitless Association Solution Resource, his Littleton, the Colorado-based credentialing management company. He has more than 15 years of experience in the association industry. Keith is responsible for serving as the chief strategist for association non-dues growth. He provides audit and assessment processes for all business development activities as well as strategic development, implementation, and executive management for many of Limitless' clients. His services specialize in niche areas of association growth to include but not limited to Membership, Non-Dues Revenue, Marketing, Accreditation Counseling and Certification/Certificate Program development.
Previous roles and responsibilities were as Chief Marketing Executive for Florida's largest Association Management Company (Partners in Association Management), which includes but not limited to business development and executive management. Keith has also worked strategically with many state and national associations alike. He has extensive experience with volunteer and staff development.
As a 2015 award winner for "Young and Aspiring Professional", by Association Trends as well as a current Board member of the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE), and past Board member of the Tallahassee/Florida Society of Association Executives; Keith's passion for association management is reflected in the success of all the clients and volunteer organizations he serves.

Miles McIlhargie is the owner and creative director of Little Red Swing, LLC, a creative development, production and brand management studio based in Colorado Springs and serving a number of select clients and agencies.
Graduating with a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Colorado, Miles has been in the field of design and marketing for over fifteen years, working for boutique design studios, traditional advertising agencies and playing Adjunct Professor for Colorado Technical University's Visual Communications program before ultimately starting Little Red Swing in 2008.
