Beck is an experienced consulting psychologist, trainer and coach who has previously held management positions in local government. Beck's areas of expertise include: Supporting & Managing Mental Health/ Illness in the workplace, Performance Development, Leading Change, Wellness, Resilience, Health and Communication skills for performance, motivation and influence, specializing in difficult conversations. She often holds conversations with leaders about the emotional and psychological response to change that can be mistaken for resistance and can negatively impact change efforts.
Beck has worked with not for profit organisations, government bodies and large corporations. She has been trained in a range of coaching interventions and techniques including process work, shadow coaching, CBT, Thinking Environment, and ACT interventions.

He is an experienced coach of senior executives, mostly C suite executives, and emerging leaders of senior management teams. He has designed and implemented leadership coaching & training programs in the finance, logistics, manufacturing, sales, legal and energy sectors. Chris has successfully implemented leadership programs for diverse cultures and companies in: Australia, Europe, the Mediterranean and the United Kingdom.
