Adam is the Senior Advisor to Lotus Partners. He has worked in the Battery and Renewable Energy Industries for 12 years. He brings his vast experience at Strategy, Business Development and Technical expertise across the industries to Lotus Partners.
Adam is the founder of DSC Group and is in charge of Strategy, Business development, Sales and Technology Partnerships verticals.

Sandeep is the Founding Partner at Lotus Partners. He has advised on various transactions in the field of Media, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Food, IT and FMCG.
Prior to Lotus Partners, Sandeep worked in the M&A team at NM Rothschild & Sons, in their London and Mumbai offices. Sandeep holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VTU (PESIT) and a Masters in Finance degree from Cass Business School, London.
In addition to Lotus Partners, Sandeep serves as Director at DSC India Control & Machineries Pvt. Ltd. and Member of the Governing Council of Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science (Autonomous).

Babu is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 38 years of experience in Corporate Advisory, Company Audit, M & A, Equity Advisory and Property Advisory.
Babu has advised on various deals in the FMCG, Industrial and Real Estate Sector. He brings his vast experience and knowledge to Lotus Partners.
Vinay is the Vice President at Lotus Partners. He is currently looking after Sales and Marketing of DSC Group in India. Prior to Lotus Partners, Vinay worked in the Investments team at Orkla ASA, Norway and also at SAPA Profiles, India.
Vinay holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from VTU (BNMIT) and a Masters in International Business degree from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, London.
