Bob Berry is the Owner/President of Main-Land as well as a professional engineer (Maine #9254) and a Project Manager at Main-Land.
Bob was raised in Embden, Maine, and is a graduate of Carrabec High School, North Anson, Maine in 1990. Bob advanced to the University of Maine, College of Engineering, in Orono, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1994.
Bob started his professional career at J. W. Sewall Company in Old Town, Maine, where he led a team of technicians on a project to produce digital oceanic maps. With that project complete, Bob moved to Harriman Associates in Auburn, Maine, where he performed engineering duties in the structural and civil departments. During that time, Bob worked on site designs for large projects, including Noble High School in North Berwick and CSD High School in Rockport. In 2004, Bob joined Main-Land, where he works as a project manager, designing, coordinating, and guiding projects to successful completion. In 2011, Bob was raised to President of Main-Land and now owns it.

Michael Barnes is a Professional Engineer and Director of the Falmouth office at Main-Land.
Michael was raised in Vermont and is a graduate of Harwood Union High School, Vermont in 2002. Michael advanced to the University of Vermont; Michael received his B.S. in Engineering Management in 2010.
Michael joined Main-Land full-time in 2023, where he works as a project manager and leader, mentoring and growing the Southern Maine office.

Rick Dunton is a Professional Engineer (Maine #12485) and Director of Engineering at Main-Land.
Rick was raised in Rumford, Maine, and is a graduate of Mountain Valley High School, Rumford, Maine in 2002. Rick advanced to the University of Maine, College of Engineering, in Orono, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2006.
Rick started his professional career at Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc. in a summer internship. After earning his civil engineering degree, Rick joined Main-Land full time in 2006, where he works as a project manager and leader, mentoring and growing the Engineering Department.

Tim Gallant is a Professional Land Surveyor (Maine #2434) and Director of Surveying and Mapping at Main-Land. Tim received his B.S. in Forestry from the University of Maine, Orono, in 2002 and joined Main-Land in 2008. Tim has over twenty years of survey experience. Tim coordinates the survey work at Main-Land, including proposals, oversight, and scheduling work for our survey crews. Tim also performs day-to-day survey work, including boundary, topographic, flood elevation, and ALTA surveys.
Tim lives with his wife and two daughters in Wayne, Maine.
