Lysterfield Lake's mission is founded on a belief that parents are the primary educators of their children. Our core responsibility is to support parents in this role. The education we offer at Lysterfield Lake College combines expertise in the classroom, unity between parents and teachers, ideals of virtue, fostering of your son's faith, leadership, and generosity in families... As with the other PARED schools, the education we offer is highly personalised. Each student receives a personal mentor, selected from the school's teaching staff, who acts as a constant source of support, example, advice, and friendship. Mentors meet regularly with the boys during each term. In addition, at least once each term, parents are required to attend a mentor meeting to review student progress, help set goals, and coordinate the services of the College on parents'..
