Adam Gassaway

Adam Gassaway joined LS Power in 2007 and currently serves as a senior vice president of development. Adam is responsible for overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction of utility-scale transmission infrastructure projects as well as the pursuit of new business opportunities, and manages key commercial elements of LS Power's 500 kilovolt (kV), 345 kV, and 230 kV transmission projects. He has experience across a wide spectrum of functions in the power industry and held prior project development and asset management roles before becoming a senior vice president in 2022, including managing a portfolio of generation assets totaling approximately 3,000 megawatts. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the power industry with a focus on the executive management of all aspects of electric transmission projects. Prior to joining LS Power, Adam worked at Associated Electric Cooperative. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and graduated summa cum laude from Missouri S&T University (formerly the University of Missouri-Rolla).

Cameron Fredkin - COO

Cameron Fredkin joined LS Power in 2007 and currently serves as the chief operating officer of LS Power's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid. As COO, Cameron oversees all LS Power Grid operations and serves as a member of LS Power's Compliance Governance Committee, Cyber Security Steering Committee, and Retirement Investment Committee. His leadership extends across numerous departments, where he drives excellence in safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. Throughout his career, Cameron has held various positions focused on project development and new business initiatives, including more than a decade of energy industry experience prior to joining LS Power. He has developed several hundred miles of transmission systems and several thousand megawatts of power generation during his career, including leading the integration and startup of all of LS Power Grid's transmission operating utilities. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Casey Brandt

Casey Brandt joined LS Power in 2009 and currently serves as a senior vice president and managing counsel of the firm. Casey is responsible for overseeing legal affairs for LS Power's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid, and supporting the continued expansion of LS Power Grid's transmission development portfolio. Casey's guidance has helped LS Power become a leading independent transmission developer, successfully starting new utilities and developing transmission infrastructure in California, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Nevada, and Indiana. In addition, he has supported LS Power's development of several utility-scale power generation and storage projects over the years. Prior to joining LS Power, Casey was an attorney in the global project finance group at Milbank, where he advised project sponsors and lenders in the financing of major infrastructure projects around the world. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as associate editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated magna cum laude from Oregon State University.

Casey Carroll

Casey Carroll joined LS Power in 2007 and currently serves as a vice president of development. He leads the development and execution of large-scale electric transmission and generation projects across the United States, managing all aspects of the project, from permitting and construction through energization. Casey has over 15 years of experience in the power industry and has led technically complex projects involving submarine cables, underground cables, and HVDC stations and transmission lines, as well as complex outage sequencing in existing overhead corridors. Casey has led projects totaling billions of dollars in capital investment across a number of market planning regions, including the California ISO, ISO New England, New York ISO, and PJM. Casey received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics and graduated summa cum laude from Truman State University. He is a registered professional engineer.

David Wilson

David Wilson currently serves as a vice president of environmental permitting at LS Power, where he leads environmental strategy and permitting efforts in support of LS Power's transmission and generation development initiatives nationwide. With more than 25 years of experience, David plays a key role in managing environmental compliance from project conception through construction, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Since joining LS Power in 2006, David has directed permitting efforts for a number of major infrastructure projects, including the Central East Energy Connect Project in New York, the ON Line transmission project in Nevada, and the Silver Run Electric project in the Mid-Atlantic. His areas of expertise span a wide range of environmental programs and regulatory frameworks. David began his career at Trinity Consultants, where he led air permitting and compliance reporting for major industrial and power generation clients. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas and is a registered professional engineer.

Diwakar Tewari

Diwakar Tewari serves as a vice president of transmission planning at LS Power, where he is responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and strategic planning of LS Power's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid's assets across multiple regions. Diwakar has over two decades of leadership and technical experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in transmission modeling, generator interconnection, renewable integration, and regulatory compliance. Since joining LS Power in 2021, Diwakar has led planning activities for the company's operating transmission assets in the California ISO, ERCOT, Midcontinent ISO, New York ISO, and PJM regions. He also supports planning aspects of transmission development such as identifying transmission solutions to address needs, completing interconnection, and required system studies. Prior to LS Power, Diwakar held key leadership roles at Leidos, the California ISO, and the Midcontinent ISO. Diwakar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Arizona State University. He is a registered professional engineer and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Doug Mulvey

Doug Mulvey joined LS Power in 2006 and currently serves as a vice president of development. Doug is responsible for overseeing the development of utility-scale transmission infrastructure projects and has held various prior management and technical roles throughout his career. Doug has over 28 years of experience in the power industry across all aspects of high-voltage transmission infrastructure development and oversees projects in the Midcontinent ISO, California ISO, PJM, and ERCOT footprints. Doug has led or is currently leading an extensive portfolio of greenfield transmission projects including the development of 230, 345, & 500 kilovolt (kV) substations and transmission lines, including submarine transmission lines under the Delaware and Sacramento rivers. Prior to joining LS Power, he worked as an engineer at firms including MWH Americas, EnviroForensics, and ENSR International. Doug received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also received a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration in international business from the University of Phoenix. Doug is a registered professional engineer.

Eric Schroeder

Eric Schroeder joined LS Power in 2013 and currently serves as a vice president of operations and maintenance for the firm's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid. Eric manages all operational aspects of electric transmission for LS Power Grid's affiliate utilities, including field operations, substation and line maintenance, critical control center operations, engineering, operations technology, and energy management systems. His responsibilities extend over the ERCOT, New York ISO, PJM and California ISO regions. He has 30 years of experience in the power industry and has managed utility engineering and field operations for systems consisting of more than 6000 miles of transmission lines and more than 200 substations. He led operational startup activities for each of the LS Power Grid affiliates including Cross Texas Transmission (ERCOT), Silver Run Electric (PJM), LS Power Grid New York (NYISO), and LS Power Grid California (CAISO). Prior to joining LS Power, Eric owned a successful consulting, engineering, and manufacturing firm and has held executive positions at other transmission utility companies. Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tulsa and served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. He is a registered professional engineer.

Lawrence Willick

Lawrence Willick currently serves as the executive vice president of transmission regulatory for LS Power. Lawrence is responsible for overseeing regulatory affairs and formula rates for rate-regulated transmission utilities affiliated with LS Power Grid, LS Power's transmission subsidiary. Lawrence joined LS Power in 1996 and has held various project management and business development roles in LS Power's transmission and generation businesses. Lawrence participated in the formation of the transmission business in 2000 and played a key role in transmission business development in Texas, Nevada, and New York. He has testified before seven state regulatory commissions at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events. Prior to the formation of the transmission business, Lawrence participated in the implementation of over 7,000 megawatts of greenfield power generation. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from Tulane University.

Mark Milburn

Mark Milburn joined LS Power in 2001 and currently serves as a senior vice president of development. Mark is responsible for overseeing the development of utility-scale transmission infrastructure projects and has held various project management roles in his career at LS Power. Mark has over 30 years of experience in the power industry with a focus on the development, design, and construction of traditional and renewable generation facilities and high-voltage transmission projects. He oversees the development of high-voltage projects in the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) and California ISO regions. He has led or is currently leading the development of numerous projects representing billions of dollars in capital investment, including the development of 500 kilovolt (kV) transmission lines, several 500 kV substations, and the largest STATCOM installation in North America. Prior to joining LS Power, Mark was a power engineering consultant and worked at firms including Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, and TÜV Energy Services. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a registered professional engineer.

Michael Bruno

Michael Bruno joined LS Power in 2023, bringing 16 years of experience developing large-scale energy infrastructure across various U.S. power markets. He currently serves as a vice president of business development, focused on LS Power's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid. Michael manages the full spectrum of business development activities to advance assets from development through construction into operation, including contracting, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and financing. He has developed more than 2,000 megawatts of new power generation assets across the United States, representing billions in capital investment. Prior to joining LS Power, Michael held several roles at Competitive Power Ventures, where he was instrumental in advancing the business development objectives of the company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in marine engineering and a Master of Science in facility management, both from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Paul Thessen - President

Paul Thessen currently serves as the president of development for LS Power. In this role, Paul is responsible for leading development and operations for LS Power's dedicated transmission business, LS Power Grid. Paul also serves as a member of LS Power's Management and Investment committees. Paul joined LS Power in 1992 and held various project management, business development, and executive roles before being named president in 2008. Under Paul's leadership, LS Power Grid has completed or been awarded transmission projects totaling more than $6 billion in capital investment. These projects include the construction of more than 780 miles of high-voltage transmission lines, as well as another 375 miles of high-voltage transmission lines and multiple substations currently in development. LS Power Grid has 7 transmission utilities in operation located in California, Delaware, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, and Texas. Earlier in his career, Paul oversaw the development of more than 10,000 megawatts of greenfield generation projects. Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and graduated summa cum laude from Missouri S&T University (formerly the University of Missouri-Rolla). Paul also serves on the board of directors of REV Renewables, a 3-GW utility-scale renewables and energy storage company.

Rebecca Beckham

Rebecca Beckham joined LS Power in 2012 and currently serves as vice president and controller for regulatory accounting. She is responsible for overseeing the regulatory accounting organization for LS Power's transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid, including both GAAP and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, rate case support, and forecasting and budgeting. Rebecca has over 20 years of accounting experience in the power industry. Prior to joining LS Power, she worked at Deloitte in their audit and assurance practice for power and utilities as well as their regulatory and capital markets consulting practice. Rebecca also worked at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) overseeing accounting and financial reporting. Rebecca received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in accounting and graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University. She also received a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia. Rebecca is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

Robert Colozza

Robert Colozza joined LS Power in 2001 and currently serves as executive vice president of development. He is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee. In this role, he leads the planning, strategy, and execution of utility-scale transmission infrastructure development projects across the U.S., with a focus on new business origination. Before becoming executive vice president in 2019, Robert led a wide range of development efforts spanning utility-scale power generation and transmission infrastructure. He has played a key role in shaping LS Power's transmission strategy and advancing its success in competitive transmission processes. His leadership has helped the company secure major awards across five RTOs/ISOs, representing billions of dollars in investment. Prior to his work in transmission, he contributed to the successful development of over 2,000 megawatts of power generation facilities. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Sharon Segner

Sharon Segner joined LS Power in 2009 and currently serves as a senior vice president of transmission policy. Sharon has executed the company's national strategies related to introducing competition into the transmission sector of the energy industry. Specifically, she leads the company's national and state efforts related to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) competitive transmission policy. Prior to her tenure at LS Power, Sharon developed two large natural gas projects for Competitive Power Ventures in Washington, D.C. and was the lead developer at the 650-megawatt Otay Mesa natural gas plant for PG&E National Energy Group in San Diego County, California. Earlier in her career, Sharon served as the principal advisor to the Chairman of the United States Senate Energy Subcommittee during the passage of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. She later served in the Executive Office of the President's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) focused on energy issues and policy. Sharon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University.
