By converting all organic waste into marketable by-products, the Company's ATS Technology avoids depleting our natural resources, while enriching our economy, our community and especially our environment, in addition to an extremely attractive rate of return on capital, for our clients and joint venture ("JV") partners... Magnum manufactures its own ATS systems from its affiliated manufacturing facility in Europe. Magnum desires to enter into JV partnerships with financially strong individuals/entities for specific waste eradication projects. As a general rule, the capital invested in the ATS systems alone, will have a Return On Investment (ROI) of less than 2 years, after commencement of full production.
