Alenoosh has been a member of the Select Group team since 2018, where she spearheads the implementation of key leasing initiatives. Furthermore, she specialises in providing in-depth market analysis and delivering various customised solutions for tenants.
Alenoosh is a seasoned retail leasing professional with a strong knowledge of retail and shopping centres in the GCC. Having spent 12 years in the UAE, she has a precise understanding of regional markets and how consumer retail interests evolve.

Asad has been with Select Group since 2010. Having started his career as a Civil Engineer, he has over 16 years' experience in the construction industry. During his tenure at Select Group, he has worked on key developments, such as the Intercontinental Hotel, Marina Gate, Torch Tower, and Bay Central Residences.
Previously, Asad worked with Emaar and has managed contracts worth over AED 3 billion in his career to date. He is now primarily focused on managing contracts, claims, quantity surveying, and tendering.
Asad holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Multan, and has a Masters in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from Edinburgh-based Heriot Watt University (Dubai campus).
Ashley joined Select Group as Human Resources and Admin Manager in 2021. She is an MBA and CIPD qualified generalist and brings over 12 years of diverse human resources experience focused on different HR and Administration discipline to the team. She is a strategic business partner who has worked alongside senior leaders in multinational companies throughout her career and brings her passion towards people and culture with her to the organisation.
Ashley previously worked in the Construction, IT and Education Industry where she built programmes that support HR initiatives while implementing internal processes that facilitate corporate objectives. Her extensive background includes but is not limited to Policies & Procedures, Recruitment & On-boarding, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Law, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Physical Resources, Risk Assessment, Organisational Development as well as Employee Relations
Ashley holds a master's degree in business administration from Heriot-Watt University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Georges joined Select Group as Commercial Director in 2020. He has over 18 years' experience in destination management and expert knowledge across an array of industries, including hospitality, tourism, and MICE, resulting in a deep understanding of the GCC and the buying behaviour of international visitors. Georges has a long-standing relationship with the Intercontinental Hotel Group, serving as Commercial and Sales Director on a property level, and performing the role of General Manager with the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai. He also served as the Commercial and Sales Director for Banyan Tree in the region.
His role with Select Group focuses on developing and executing the sales strategy in alliance with the current and long-term goals. He is actively involved in managing strategic customer/vendor relations and supervising the international partner broker program. In addition, his responsibilities include regional business development and HNWI relationship development.

Israr joined as Group CFO in September 2016. He is responsible for the financial leadership of the business, plus oversight responsibilities covering finance, corporate finance, tax, human resources, risk management, insurance, legal, and information technology. Israr has over 20 years of experience in financial management, operations, and corporate finance gained in various senior roles in the UAE and UK.
He was previously Chief Financial Officer at Arabtec Construction, one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East. Prior to Arabtec, Israr acted as Group Finance Director with Aldar Properties PJSC, a real estate development company with over USD 12 billion of assets. At Aldar, he managed the merger of two publicly listed companies (Aldar Properties and Sorouh Properties with a combined market value of USD 3 billion). He held a similar position with the UK's Mapeley Group, in preparation for the company's IPO and subsequent secondary equity issues. He also held senior positions with several leading companies, including CastleHill Capital and Regus Business Centres Plc.
Originally from the UK, Israr is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and received a Master's in Business and Management from the University of East London.

Mennah is a Design Manager who joined Select Group in mid-2016 to advance the design culture within the development team. Driven by her strong belief that a successful developer's strength lies in their dedication to customers, Mennah continuously strives to implement the most innovative and distinguished design solutions in each development.
Niall joined Select Group in May 2021. His current responsibilities include providing in-house legal and company secretarial services to the Group as well as dealing with complex legal transactions with multiple stakeholders and forces.
He previously worked as an In-House Lawyer with KPMG Dublin. Prior to this, he worked both as an Investment Funds lawyer with the Maples Group and as a General Practice Solicitor in Dublin. As part of his training with the Maples Group, he also spent time with the legal team in Source ETF (now Investec) in London. He has experience across a broad range of legal areas, particularly Financial Services, Civil Litigation, Commercial Contracts, Property Law, Regulatory Law and Employment law.
Niall qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and is eligible to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Paul joined Select Group in 2008 with extensive knowledge in both asset and facilities management gained at blue-chip corporate organisations in the UK, alongside 15 years of international experience within the Middle East.
Paul started his career in electrical engineering in the healthcare and industrial sectors in Ireland before moving to Saudi Arabia in 1987. In 1994, he began managing FM service delivery for clients, such as JP Morgan and Fidelity Investment in London. In 1996, he joined Fidelity Investments before returning to Ireland in 2003 to work at Citigroup's flagship headquarters in Dublin. He later returned to the Gulf to occupy a senior role for Stow International, managing a portfolio of properties across Dubai and Saudi Arabia while developing the group's interests across the region.
Paul has a Master's Degree in Facilities Management from the University of Westminster, London, UK.

Prince joined Select Group in 2010 and currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Project Development. His primary focus is on high-rise mixed-use developments (residential and commercial), along with luxury villas, offices, and staff accommodation.
Prince has accumulated a vast wealth of professional knowledge and experience throughout his 18-year career, giving him a deep insight into the rigours of project management in the Gulf region.
Prior to joining Select Group, Prince managed some of Emaar's most prestigious projects in Dubai Marina, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and leisure; in parallel, he oversaw Dubai Marina and Emirates Hills third-party developments.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the NWFP University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar.

As Founder and Group CEO, Rahail has taken Select Group from a nascent property developer to one of the largest privately-owned property development and investment companies in the GCC, with diverse interests spanning the UK, Croatia, and Germany.
By the age of 25, Rahail was operating one of the largest IT hardware import and distribution businesses in Europe, with annual revenues over GBP 1 billion. He successfully managed this business for over a decade.
Rahail established Select Group in the UAE in 2002, going on to deliver leading residential projects, such as the iconic superstructure Torch Tower - the world's tallest residential tower at the time of completion - and the purpose-built, fully owned 328-key InterContinental Dubai Marina, launched in 2015. Under Rahail's leadership, Select Group has built a portfolio boasting 20 million square feet of property, with a GDV of over AED 17 billion, setting the company significantly ahead of its regional peers.
A driven individual with a strong belief in value creation, cost leadership, and efficiency, Rahail has established a management team that share the same ethos. Together, the company is committed to delivering Rahail's vision for constant improvement and wealth creation for its customers and stakeholders.
Thomas has been with Select Group since 2016. He is currently Head of Projects for the group's UK development arm, Harridge Developments, a position he has held since 2020.
Previously, Thomas acted as Director of Project Delivery for Select Group in the UAE, where he was responsible for overseeing the successful and timely delivery of many luxurious developments, including the Intercontinental Hotel, No.9, Studio One, Pacific in Ras Al Khaimah, and the award-winning Residences at Marina Gate.
Thomas has a strong background in contracting, and before joining Select Group, he worked on a wide variety of notable projects across Asia, Europe, and the UAE. He has played a leading role in delivering significant projects on numerous occasions, three of which have held records for being the world's tallest building - most recently, the Burj Khalifa.
Thomas holds a degree in Construction Management from Limerick, College of Technology, Ireland, and is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS).
Trevor has over 17 years of business and real estate experience. Before joining Select Group, he headed one of the UAE's largest private developers with over USD 1.6 billion assets under management. His role included debt restructuring and the development and handover of over 5 million square feet in commercial, retail, and residential real estate projects.
Originally trained as a software engineer, Trevor moved into consultancy and professional services at KPMG, supporting clients across the MENA region, predominately in the real estate, technology, and banking sectors.
Trevor has an Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Manchester Business School.
