Charles Wade

Charles Wade is an associate in the firm's Workers Compensation Division. Mr. Wade was born in Stuart, Florida, and grew up in Port St. Lucie, Florida. While in High School, Mr. Wade was a member of the Key Club and played Varsity football. Mr. Wade went on to attain his B.S. degree in 2005 from Florida Southern College, where he was Vice President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and a member of the Florida Southern House of Representatives. After college, Mr. Wade took a position with a significant alcohol distributor in South Florida, where he was able to attain the title of District Coordinator for Florida in just two years and was responsible for a team of representatives throughout the state. In 2010 Mr. Wade pursued his lifelong dream of going to law school and entered the Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2013 with an Honors Certificate in Environmental and Earth Law. While in law school, Mr. Wade was Executive Editor of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Wade clerked for the law offices of Joseph P. Gleason and for the Coye Law Firm, where he gained invaluable experience in various types of law by drafting depositions, interrogatories, complaints, motions, and responses regarding ongoing litigation in both the State Circuit and Federal District Courts-applying his knowledge in Workers' Compensation to obtain the best possible results for our clients. Mr. Wade is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Mr. Wade is a member of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, and during his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and reading history.

Mr. Kevin R. Davies

The firm's PIP division is headed by Attorney Kevin R. Davies. Mr. Davies grew up in Greene, NY. He graduated from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2003. As a student at the University at Albany (SUNY), Mr. Davies was on the Dean's List and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Davies then attended Tulane University Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007. Mr. Davies is a combat veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005. Mr. Davies has a unique insight in representing injured workers and other plaintiffs due to his extensive background working for insurance defense firms. Previously, Mr. Davies represented insurance companies in the defense of claims involving personal injury protection benefits (PIP), workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and personal injury. With his history at insurance defense firms, Mr. Davies now applies his knowledge to benefit you in your fight against the insurance companies. Mr. Davies is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. He is happily married and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Emma and Audrey. During his free time, Mr. Davies enjoys spending time with his family and following the New York Giants.

Shakayle Grant

Shakayle Grant is an associate in the firm's Workers' Compensation Division. Ms. Grant grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Ms. Grant clerked for a workers' compensation and personal injury law firm. Ms. Grant then received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015. Ms. Grant is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Ms. Grant enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
