Our team is composed of individuals who have a combined 100 years of volunteer experience to the City of Cambridge. As Cambridge's footprint grows we are keenly aware that all members of our community should be empowered to dream without limits... President Obama launched My Brother's Keeper in February 2014 to address persistent opportunity gaps facing boys and young men of color and to ensure all youth can reach their full potential. As result of the untimely death of Trayvon Martin, Obama responded to the urgent need to create robust and targeted interventions to build safe and supportive communities where boys and young men of color feel valued and have clear pathways to opportunity. Today, the work continues as the MBK Alliance, an initiative of the Obama Foundation.
