Hometown Health Clinic has been your local community healthcare provider for more than forty years. Hometown Health Clinic is owned and medically directed by Dr. Bryan Merrick and Dr. Terry Colotta. The delivery of healthcare has changed dramatically over the years but trust between the patient and provider as a fundamental value remains constant. Part of our mission is to engage providers that live and work within the hometown communities they serve... Our approach is a team approach utilizing providers, nursing staff, care coordinators, referrals, and diet and exercise education to treat the whole person, not just the disease. Our electronic health record allows us to use real time clinical decision support and best practices from the USPST for clinical support on medication and preventive measures.
